Moreover, almost six years ago Pakistan was at the verge of bankruptcy that it only had a little more than $1 billion in foreign exchange reserves, stock market teetering worth of only $5 billion, foreign debts were high that almost 65% of GDP was used and our exports were at a pitiful $7.5 billion. The rate of unemployment and inflation was very high. In simple words the system and state of Pakistan was just failing and was referred as failed state by the world.
The ongoing conflict between India and Pakistan has been the subject of speculation and study by political scientists and historians for a number of years. The ethnic conflict seems to have been sparked at the very beginning in 1947, when the British used Muslim and Hindu mercenaries against each other before the area finally split into today’s countries of India and Pakistan (Spiegel et al. 2015, 185). The timeline since then has been full of conflicts, both major and minor. Brutal tactics used by security forces and a high rate of unemployment have added to the issue (BBC News 2016).
In 1971 Richard M. Nixon was president at the time. He was elected as President in 1968, won re-election in 1972, and resigned in 1974 after the Watergate scandal. In 1971 a normal house costed about $25,250.00. During this year people drove mustangs, Buggies by volkswagen, and Chevy pickups. Michael Strahan played football in the NFL and he was born in 1971 along with Mark Wahlberg famous actor and Jeff Gordon the famous racecar driver, and Lance Armstrong the philanthropist.
In the middle of 1971 the war between India and Pakistan became a must for India, there seemed no miracle to halt the inevitable nor Allah wanted Pakistan to keep continuing with its’ nefarious activities, and the entire world leaders and major powers become active to have their own slice of flash. The intelligence agencies of USA, USSR, China, India, Pakistan and other countries became highly active, sensitive to each and every movement in the Indian-sub-continent. Israel’s Mossad came out highly successful in trapping a few high govt, official of Pakistan’s Defence Ministry, and women who were regular visitors to President’s House of Pakistan in Rawalpindi. The valuable information procured by Mossad were passed on to India and Gen.Yahya Khan never came to know the moles in his house and office.

The applicant seeks, relief contending, in effect, that he was a good Solider prior to his return stateside from his deployment to Afghanistan, he felt as if he does not belong and had no place to turn. The applicant contends that he began drinking heavily and slipping into depression from his experiences in Afghanistan and life in general. The applicant further contends that at this point in time he began to go to behavioral health to seek assistance on how to better himself. After several months, Doctor O. recommended him for a psychiatric separation from the Army, which was denied twice by his commander, CPT. C. The applicant also contends that while he was awaiting for CPT C. decision, he underwent PRK surgery to correct his vision and he was prescribed oxycodone for pain relief. The applicant contends that he began to develop an addiction as the drinking and depression began to take its toll on him, being highly discouraged by his leadership not to return to behavioral health, his appointment became infrequent, and he continued to take oxycodone. The applicant states that he tested positive during a urinalysis and upon knowing that he would test positive, he immediately enrolled into ASAP, only to have one meeting because his command had already “signed off” on his separation packet. The applicant contends that he managed to beat his addiction, only failing one urinalysis test, and answer for his
India and Pakistan have been at odds for over seven decades since the partition that caused each to define itself in opposition to the other, and they have fought four wars since. The primary point of contention between the two countries is the Kashmir dispute, which dates back to 1947. After the Indian subcontinent divided, there was the issue of 650 states existing within the two newly independent countries. These states, which were each run by separate monarchies, had the choice to decide which country to join, or of remaining independent. In practice, the restive population of each province proved decisive. Although many princes wanted their territories to remain independent states, which would have meant hereditary monarchies and no
Pakistan is on the countries with more children uneducated. Literacy is one of the most important skills needed in a daily basis. How can they let their children down so bad? Getting an education means getting closer to achieving their life goals, but if they don’t get educated they will stay ignorant for the rest of their lives. In the book, I am Malala by Malala Yousafzai, Malala fights for education and shows the things Pakistan needs to work on to improve their education. In the article, How Pakistan Fails Its Children by Mosharraf Zaidi, he shows many different ways the children are let down by their own country. Based on what I know about education in Pakistan, they can improve it by lowing violence and allowing all children to attend.

Imagine you are in a silent dungeon. The lights flicker out, and the only light source is a small candle, whose flames are slowly dying out with the wind. An eye stares at you through an iron keyhole, and its pupils are red with fury. You had previously tried to contact you family, but they have no recollection of you. Then, you realize... this is a dream. This phenomenon is known as lucid dreaming. This is when one is aware that they are dreaming while still in a dream. If you are interested in how this sensation comes to be, how one may induce it, and/or new information still being collected, stay tuned. Lucid dreaming is an experience that occurs when one is asleep, and while there are many ways to induce this dreaming sensation, scientists are still discovering new information about how it is caused.
According to Collins (2009), “An individual’s personal vision is something desired to become a reality and having something exist in the future (p. 171). A Vision is a mental picture of the ideal future (Collins, 2009, p. 117). In other words, vision is a goal or objective that someone envision to accomplish in their future. Although vision is about the future, it comes from the present (Collins, 2009, p. 171). In other words, visions develop from the world around us, and things we would like to change because at some point in our lives we are dissatisfied with the way things are and we want to improve it (Collins, 2009). However, it is important to realize that discovered visions are pictures of the future that come from God (Collins,
The epicenter of Pakistani culture is in danger. Punjab is a region that spans from Pakistan to India, is about the size of the U.S. state of Wyoming, contains over half of Pakistan’s population, and is home to an immense amount of Pakistani culture. One particular city in Punjab, Lahore, is described as Pakistan’s “cultural capital.” Islamic extremists known as the Taliban are now trying to dismantle the so-called “cultural capital” in hopes of assuming control of the country. Over the past couple of years, the Taliban have assaulted the province with waves of terrorism. The National Geographic Magazine article titled “Pakistan’s Heartland Under Threat” is about author John Lancaster’s adventure into the Pakistani province with the objective
During the next century, vast conquests continued under Muhammad’s successors and allies, and the Muslim advance was not halted until the Battle of Tours in France in 732. By this time, the Muslim empire, among the largest the world had ever seen, stretched from India across the Middle East and North Africa, and up through Western Europe’s Iberian peninsula
