There are some many political, economic, social issues that social workers and even families faces. In the Sanchez case, immigration laws plays a huge part in their family. There are members of the Sanchez family that are undocumented and could face deportation if caught. The family needs immigration resources that will assist them with the adoption of the grandson and with Roberto in their home. Emilia, which is the daughter of Hector and Celia, was born in the United States. However, she could be denied citizenship because of her drug problem. This will show “poor moral character” which is under the immigration law (New Directions in Social Work, n.d.). Also, the Sanchez family faces financial problems. Due to undocumented status of some of members, the Sanchez family cannot take advantage of the resources that may help them with their financial problems. Roberto, which is the undocumented nephew of Celia, was injured on the job and because of his status is unable to receive any financial assistance like worker’s compensation. This cause financial issues for the household. Social issues has also plaque this family. Emilia has had an abortion which is against the belief of the family. They are devout Catholics and do not believe in abortions. Vicki, which is the daughter of Celia and Hector, has been diagnosed autism. The family has not seek out resources for the daughter. I believe the family may be ashamed of her and is not

On the other hand, the operator said it had rung. Mrs.Van Bliven also had said that she was in the bathtub during the theft. Taking a look at Picture A, the phone was indeed plugged in and in working condition. When I arrived on scene, I contacted the caller identified as Jordan Lundy. Lundy stated he was with his girlfriend and they went to the dispatched address to speak with her cousin. Lundy was inside the residence where a female confronted him. The female was identified as Alesha McCool. Lundy stated McCool was his girlfriend's cousin. Lundy said McCool began yelling at him calling him a thief and other names. Lundy let McCool yell at him because he wanted to amend the relationship with McCool. Once McCool stopped yelling, Lundy said he turned around and walked out of the house. Lundy advised McCool followed him out of the house continuing to yell at him. Lundy reached the street and he told McCool "Fuck you" but she continued to follow him into the street. McCool approached Lundy in the street where she pushed him with both hands. Lundy informed me he was pushed so hard he "flew" backwards but stayed on his feet. Since Lundy stayed on his feet, he stated McCool walked up to him and slapped him across the face. I asked Lundy what hand McCool used and he stated he

Most of the stolen property was given back to the celebrities. This story is a good example of how we as society focus too much on famous life and who’s going what that we have been distracted. The internet and the obsession with stars and everything they do is almost like brain wash. It has led many teens to hurting themselves, doing illegal things or even in some cases, killing themselves. When we spend all our lives trying to be like Kim Kardashian or Justin Bieber that we are in a sort of trance where we forget that we have our own lives to live. We can’t spend all of our time on earth trying to be someone we aren’t. We need to start to see ourselves as unique individuals and realize that the world doesn’t revolve around celebrities and what they do with their lives. We need to make our own lives worth more to us than trying to copy lives of

I would recommend Warby Parker to provide the progressive and bifocal lens glasses. They will have a new product line which will sell the eyewear directly to the customers at brick and mortar stores. The reason is that there are lots of people require progressive and bifocal lens glasses so there is a huge potential growth for the progressive and bifocal lens market for Warby Parker. Also, the profit margin of progressive and bifocal lenses is higher than normal lenses that Warby Parker is providing now. Mostly, older people like to use progressive and bifocal lens glasses, and they are less likely to get LASIK, so they are a stable target market.
Mr. White stated that he was assaulted by the Port Authority Police Officer, however, the Police Officer stated that Patient Prisoner Darryl White picked up a hospital phone to make a call which is against Police Procedures for a Prisoner in Police Custody to make an outside call. As he removed the phone from Mr. White, the patient intentionally disconnected his ivy line.
The normal day was as normal as any others Ashley would awake from a good night’s sleep and check her phone. Half awake and confused Ashley got out of bed to better assess her phone situation. After poking,
There are many types of intellectual properties that apply to Jimmy’s case. IP is protected in law by, for example, patents, copyright and trademarks, which enable people to earn recognition or financial benefit from what they invent or create (World Intellectual Property Organization, n.d.). A patent applies to inventions. This would be ideal for Jimmy’s current dilemma in the creation of his zombie identifier “AreYouThere”. Jimmy must have a complete patent of his invention in order to have exclusive rights to his invention. A patent protectors the inventor from having their invention being distributed, made or used by others without their consent. Trademarks are still considered intellectual property; they are used as a sign to distinguish
