On 5/29/17 at 1601 hrs, I was dispatched to Pawn Max II 7561 49th St N, in reference to a battery that occurred at the bus stop. Touchton advised he was sitting at the bus stop with Tully Hout, Michael Buff, and Thomas Flood waiting for the next bus to go north to safe harbor. Upon arrival Mansfield PD Officer's were on the scene and had suspect in custody. I spoke Mckay Briggs, Andrey B/M, DOB 09/07/1984, who said that after his step daughter Lovender, Ashlin DOB 06/01/2012 dance recital his mother in law Kent, Ruby DOB 05/27/1960 tried going to the stage to see Ashlin and he told her that she couldn't. Mckay Briggs said that the dance company said that only one care giver per child was allowed on stage. Mckay Briggs said that he got in front of his mother in law trying to prevent her from going on stage. Mckay Briggs said that Kent went around him and continued going on stage and again he stepped in front of her to try and prevent her from going on stage. Roger Jones Jr., advised he is an employee of River Oaks Treatment Center at 12012 Boyette Road Riverview, FL 33569 phone number: (888) 660-1472. Jones advised he picked up the victim, Graeme Hill, at Tampa International Airport, (TIA) at approximately 0130 hours. Jones advised when he arrived at TIA, the airport police had Hill detained for causing a disturbance. Jones related they knew Hill was going to River Oaks and held him until Jones arrived. Jones related he arrived at River Oaks with HIll at approximately 0220 hours. Jones said he had gone into the office with Hill, at which point he advised Hill said he wanted to go to jail. On 01/03/2018 I was dispatched to the Sumner County Jail located at 610 E. Hillside Sumner County, KS for a battery report. When I arrived at the detention facility, I spoke with Sgt. Lemasters about the incident. She handed two inmate face sheets with the inmates who were evolved in the altercation. The first was identified as Jamal Grimmett, Lemasters said he was the suspect and the aggressor. The second was identified as Broderick Henton and he was identified as the victim. Sgt. Lemasters played the video footage for me from F pod so I could see the altercation. It started at 1947 hours, in the video you can see both Grimmett and Henton sitting at the dayroom tables. Henton was sitting facing the television and Grimmett was sitting at another table facing Henton. It appeared that Grimmett was talking to Henton but Henton would not acknowledge him. Grimmett then stands up without his shirt on and walks across the dayroom to his bunk. It appears that Grimmett is still saying something to Henton, he then places his shirt on his bunk and walks back towards Henton. When he gets to where Henton is seated he leans down and gets in Henton's face. Grimmett then swings two times with a closed fist at Henton's head and upper body. On Tuesday, September 29, 2015, I, Officer B. McMillon, #135, of the Mansfield ISD Police Department was on assignment at Legacy High School located at 1263 N. Main in Mansfield, Texas 76063. While leaving the 2nd floor AP’s office, I observed Smith, Taylor W/F, D.O.B. 09101999 slap Wells, Sydney W/F, D.O.B 08291999 in her face and they begin to engage in a physical altercation.
When I arrived on scene, I contacted the caller identified as Jordan Lundy. Lundy stated he was with his girlfriend and they went to the dispatched address to speak with her cousin. Lundy was inside the residence where a female confronted him. The female was identified as Alesha McCool. Lundy stated McCool was his girlfriend's cousin. Lundy said McCool began yelling at him calling him a thief and other names. Lundy let McCool yell at him because he wanted to amend the relationship with McCool. Once McCool stopped yelling, Lundy said he turned around and walked out of the house. Lundy advised McCool followed him out of the house continuing to yell at him. Lundy reached the street and he told McCool "Fuck you" but she continued to follow him into the street. McCool approached Lundy in the street where she pushed him with both hands. Lundy informed me he was pushed so hard he "flew" backwards but stayed on his feet. Since Lundy stayed on his feet, he stated McCool walked up to him and slapped him across the face. On September 12, 2017, members of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responding to Howard University Hospital for a radio run in reference to an assault. This officer arrived on scene and observed Juvenile #1 and Juvenile #2 standing on the northwest corner of Oak and Arbogast. This officer observed juvenile #1 was bleeding from his nose and mouth area. juvenile #2's right hand was covered in blood. Ofc. Sekula advised Central Dispatch to send EMS to the scene.
