Thank you for inviting me to interview for this position, and congratulation for getting your online store off the ground. It just so happens that I know a bit about hair extension since I am consumer of them myself.

One of the difficulties around getting timely and effective customer service for hair extensions is that companies with great quality and pricing tend to be pretty far away. For customers in the US who typically look to companies based throughout Asia or Europe, this can be difficult to navigate. One might wait a day or more for someone to follow-up with about a concern about shipping, timelines, customized orders, etc. The advantages this can provide to both your company and customers are not lost on me.

Having someone available in the evening hours when most get off from work and school to service customers is always ideal, and often a huge factor for me as a customer or any items or services with which I might need support. …show more content…

It’s called LAST, which stands for Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank. This approach can help instill customers’ trust of your company and this is what I would bring to the position as your customers seek support. I also happen to be in the most densely populated time-zone in the country, Eastern Standard Time (EST) as well and have a flexible schedule after 5:30PM most days with earlier availability on weekends, which might prove helpful given your specific needs.
