On March 13, 2017, I was dispatched to 1717 Haddington Drive to a Break-in call. Upon arrival, I was met by Ms. Samantha Marie Cooper, the resident of the house. She advised the entire family was away for the weekend and didn't return home until this morning but left quickly again and returned this evening. She told me that she arrived home from work at approximately 1930 hours and noticed her back door damaged. The coffee table which is normally in front of the door was several inches away from it place. She has several cats and a dog on site. I observed the back door frame and door lock damaged by forced entry and no other entrances or exits appeared to have been disturbed. Ms. Cooper advised that nothing was missing from the house. The door was never fully repaired but a strong push would allow you to gain entry. She advised she confronted a male with a flashlight in hand on her back deck this evening prior to my arrival. She informed the male that he should have rang the doorbell instead of just walking around the perimeter and onto her deck with permission. The male advised that his fiancé is a realtor and they heard the house was up for auction. The male returned to his vehicle and his fiancé came and introduce herself to the Ms. Cooper and left her business card with her name; Cieraca V. Rhoaes with Re/Max 252 623-8355) The house is not equipped with an alarm system or surveillance cameras. No items were disturbed or taken. At approximately 5:28 p.m., I arrived on scene and was briefed by Officer Nicholson. I was provided with the name of the victim Amanda Holmes (white, female DOB 10/17/1982). Officer Nicholson advised me that the victim was last seen by her roommate at approximately 12:00 a.m. I then spoke to the roommate to obtain consent to process the residence.
After two weeks of living there, they both experienced a object jump off a table at least a foot into the air, land on the floor and roll up to her bf feet.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
Prior to leaving the scene I did check the vacant residence directly behind 1431 Holly Trail East per Nita Dobbs request. Upon my arrival I was met by a white female adult identified as Juliann Conti. Conti stated that she arrived home on 10/06/2017 at about 1630 hours and found her Sony DVD player was missing. Conti then discover a blue bag located in the master bedroom which contained the following items: Divorce papers, one Birth certificate bearing the names Julia VIA (Deceased), three Social Security Cards bearing the names Julia VIA, Dominick Via (Deceased), and Juliann Conti, One City bank Credit car bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Wal-Mart credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one JC Penny credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Lowes credit card bearing the name Juliann Conti, one Nevada unemployment card baring the name Juliann Conti, was missing.
I responded to 103 Martha George Hall in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I spoke with Daron Warren. Warren stated that he left his residence around 17:30 on this date, when he arrived back he noticed footprints in his living room. The footprints led to the bathroom area. Warren also advised that he didn’t notice anything missing. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence.
Mr. Perez and his wife Mrs. Perez are the current homeowners of 503 Treehouse Court in Fort Washington, Maryland. The home is utilized as a rental property and Mr. and Mrs. Perez serve as landlords. During the interview, Mr. Perez was asked to confirm the identity of Miya Ford via her a photo provided by the State of Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). He was also asked to confirm the rental property in question by identifying a photo of the house per Google Maps. Following the acknowledgement of Mrs. Ford and the rental property, Mr. Perez provided Investigators with some background information in regard to his former tenants Mrs. Ford, her husband, Gregory Raspberry and their children.
I contacted Mason at apartment E-301. I observed the front door was dented and cracked near the deadbolt and the door frame around the deadbolt area was shattered.

She could not find anything missing. She returned home around 15:50 hours. After she arrived home, she was outside doing chores and never noticed the damaged window screen or opened window. Upon arrival I witnessed a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing license plate number ZTC679. I checked the vehicle and it was locked; however, I noticed the car was warm, as if the car had just been parked in the parking lot. I also noticed the back door of the business was opened. Officer Griffin and I checked the inside of the room; however, there was no door in the back room where you could enter the business. Karen was walking outside and saw that the post lamp at the end of the driveway was knocked over. The post lamp was attached to a brick pillar next to the drive to light of the driveway. the post lamp was knocked over with a large cement block that was next to the driveway. I arrived and noticed the cement block was on the ground next to the post lamp. I took photos of the damage and will place onto a compact disk as evidence. Karen said she did not have security cameras on her property. There are no suspects at this time.
On 6/12/15 worker visited Mrs. Bobbie Mills at Shadescrest NH, for the purpose of monitoring her environment. When worker arrived, Mrs. Mills was sitting in wheelchair watching TV. She was very welcoming and remembered worker from previous visits. Mrs. Mills was appropriately dressed with good personal hygiene. She stated she liked Shadescrest because everyone was nice. Mrs. Mills stated, Mr. Mills and she had to move into NH because their home got damaged in the 2011 tornadoes. Ms. Mills is under the impression her son Tony is now fixing up the home.
