"I'm so glad we can finally move into an actual house than an apartment." Kyle Sapienti, soon to be Stump, smiled and said. He traced the date on the calendar behind Patrick. September ninth, two thousand fifteen. Kyle moved away from it then grabbed the last bag of his from the apartment and packed it into his car. Patrick was taking Kyle's car with him because his car was already at the new house. "Are you ready, amare?" Kyle, still smiling, glanced at Patrick who was grinning while holding the final bags. They've lived together for about six months and Kyle finally proposed in February which lead to the apartment buying. Kyle and Patrick have been together for about two years. They met at Patrick's job back in 2011. It was an open house and Kyle was there next to Miss Joskin, who was Patrick's coworker's boyfriend at the moment. He was intrigued by Kyle, mostly it was the way he stood. Slightly leaning on one side and his right leg out a bit more than his left. Later that year Patrick was transferring to another school to teach first grade so Kyle gave him his number and that was that. Later, about a year, Patrick learns that Miss Joskins was cheating on Kyle with this lawyer who had a 'better personality'. He ended up texting Patrick a week later after they broke up. Kyle asked Patrick on a date and now, as you can see, …show more content…
He's a tall Italian man with blue-ish brown eyes, dark hair which is usually in a bun, and wears black medium framed glasses. Patrick is a teacher who now works with first graders (unlike his first teaching job with high schoolers). The fun thing is that the two make a odd pair, which is good sometimes. Patrick would rather read a book than write one unlike Kyle. Kyle's an amazing cook while Patrick can't even take one step into the kitchen without something in flames. The two always work out arguments and let's be honest they're relationship
Contemplating back on my high school journey, I began to recognize and appreciate the life changes I experienced and the imperative lessons I learned throughout those four years. If I had to choose several words to describe my high school experience, I would begin with eventful, challenging, and memorable. High school afforded me many experiences that continuously led to stressful and challenging encounters. Being involved with the Ambassador Program and the National Honor Society was one of the greatest decisions I made in high school. Both clubs provided me with numerous life-changing opportunities that will continue to have an impact on me for a lifespan.
The first topic that Kyle and I talked about was his family life. Kyle is sixteen years young, born on July 26, 1999. He was born in Pittsburgh at Magee-Womens hospital at seven thirty-eight PM. Currently, Fort Allen is where he lives. Right down the road from seven eleven. Fort Allen is his hometown and hasn't lived anywhere else. Kevin at the age of twenty three is Kyle's older brother. Also his only sibling. His brother goes to Pitt Main studying electrical engineering. Now Kyle has a few animals. Spike and Bella are his dogs, Spike is a pintcher and Bella is an American Rot. He also has three challenged cats named Bailey, June, and Justice. Pete is his bird and he swears.
I am choosing Kat Stratford and Patrick Verona from 10 Things I Hate About You. They only came to know eachother when Patrick was payed by Joey to date Kat. Kat is very hostile and guarded so things start very slowly. Eventually Patrick begins to make more of an effort (partially due to money, partially due to an increasing interest in Kat.) Kat continually rebuffs Patrick's advances, so eventually information is obtained from Kat's sister in order for Patrick to become more likeable. then they go to a party together, somethign bad happens and Kat ends up drinking and almost getting a concussion. Patrick takes care of her, but doesnt kiss her when shes drunk so she becomes upset. Eventually they go to a school dance, some events happen and Kat learns Patrick was being paid to date her. Eventually they recover from this.
It was an warm sunny day I was dabbing it ,four boys were strolling down woods street. There four boys names were Mac,dope boy ,devin and Shaddy. Devin was the smartest one out of all of them hood boys, the rest was the same.Devin was ready to start his own business selling shoes.Dope boy,Mac and Shaddy were going on the wrong path selling drugs, robbing and beating up people. Devin would hang around with them often and conversed with them, but he would not do any bad things. Mac has been a dad already, he had to take care of his 2 year old. Dope boy had an older brother, but, he go shoot a couple weeks ago. Dope boy was reckless, everyone was scared of him even his own mother feared for his life .Shaddy was the slickest one out of all of then, he would get away with everything he did.Shaddy was a only child ,no mother, no father living with his grandparents and living in the worst part of town.
The boy told you what he was going to do- had his plan laid out and all. You took it as a joke, not ever thinking he would have killed three of your best friends along with four other people, and one just so happens to be your brother. What if you could have prevented that? What if you told a trusted adult ahead of time? What if you would have talked to the boy himself? A lot of teens ask these questions whenever it’s already too late. We don’t tend to think about things like that though because we never want to think that we could be involved in the situation. We say, “Oh, no big deal. He probably told someone else the same thing too. They’ll take care of it if they think it’s something serious.” The truth is, according to research within
After Daniel finished setting up the gaming system in his room, he went to check up on his calendar, October 19th.
According to Floyd Norris “the proportion of new american high school graduates who go to college, appears to be declining. Last october, just 65.9% of people who graduated had enrolled in college.” Would you want to be apart of that 65.9%? As a junior in highschool, on my way to graduating, 3 main pieces of advice that i would provide to my younger self would to be actively involved with school activities, clubs, and school spirit. In addition to that is to have better time management skills, also to start gathering ideas of what I wanted to do after high school, for example, college, jobs, or the military.
All around the world there are overweight kids who get picked on daily. On January 9, 2007 I weighed 322 pounds, at the age of 14. Life to me was all about being an all American by eating cheeseburgers from fast food restaurants and maintaining good grades. Good grades allowed me to receive money from my parents, where I would go purchase burgers every day after school. During physical education I was never chosen to be on anyone’s teams because I was considered slow and dead weight. No one wanted to be friends with the boy everyone called “grease ball “. I was being criticized in every way and form.
Five minutes before the bell rings Kelsey comes back and we head to my next class which is math, hopefully this entrance is better than my last blocks. We head in an a young blonde short teacher with thick glasses is writing formulas on the board, we walk in and she looks our way and grins she says welcome to her class and her name is Mrs. Williams and then she walks to her desk and hands me a folders with a bunch of papers, she said to keep those I will need them. She says my seat is next to the window in the back, good because I don’t want none of these skanks behind me. The bell rings and minutes later the room fills with students. As they are walking in they stare at me like i’m a alien or something, as class goes on I notice a few of the
I think we should all have a chance to go to school and be professionals and study what we want to. There is a lot of people that didn’t get a chance to go to college after high school for personal reasons. They should have programs that help kids to finish school. With money living and other things sometimes financial aid it’s not enough so most of them are forced to work and they end up not going to school. Now there parents and they have to work to pay for house and food and other things. Half of my friends didn’t go to college after they graduated high school, and some of them didn’t even finish high school.
Pretty fucking stupid: Was with a few of my friends and we had went to my grade school (this was just before I started high school) to play basket ball and throw a baseball around. I happened to bring along my baseball bat if we wanted to do some pitching practice (as my friend and I were pitchers on rival teams). We hung out for a bit and played around. My one friend was hitting the basketball off of one of the walls with the bat like a tennis racket and it was fine. This was when the idea happened... I picked up the bat after my friend found something else to do and told my other friend (the pitcher) to toss the basket ball at me so I could see how far I could knock it. Turns out I couldn't knock it far as the rebound off the basketball/bat
As soon as I got to high school, everyone started asking me what I wanted to do after high school and what my goals were. What high school freshman knows what they want to do with their life? Very few, and I wasn’t one of them. I always knew that I would probably do something in the health field, partly because that’s what my dad did, but also because I’ve always had a heart for helping people, especially children. It wasn’t, however, until Junior year when I got my first job that I knew what I wanted to pursue as a career. Now before I go into what that career choice is and why, there is something which the reader must understand. My dad went to college and got his Master’s degree, my mom only had her high school diploma. Both of my parents agreed that all of their children should go to college, so for me the question wasn’t “should I go to college?”, but rather, “where should I go, what should I do, and how will I stay out of debt?”
Here, a low angle shot showed Charlie above Brad, after he had punched him to show how Charlie had finally stood up for Patrick, showing how much Patrick and their friendship mattered to Charlie. Similar to the start of Patrick inviting Charlie into his friendship group, Patrick was the one to reconcile Charlie and the group, proving once again how important friendship was to both Patrick and Charlie. The friendship of Patrick and Charlie makes me think about my own friendships and how willing I would be to stand up for any of my friends if they run into any problems, it also makes me think about which of my friends would stand up for me if I ever get humiliated or discriminated by another
Patrick was getting annoyed at it, but he hoped it wasn't obvious. So what if Pete had thrown his arm over Patrick's shoulders and told him he loved him the first day they met. So what if Pete said proudly, "Me and You, Patrick Stumph, me and you are gonna rule the world" in the first hour of meeting him. So what if Pete kissed him the second after he heard him sing. Patrick was annoyed. Not jealous. Definitely not jealous.
Kyle is a unique individual when it comes to his father they are almost identical. Todd, Kyle’s father, loves the Islanders and has a sense of “dad humor”. His jokes are funny for their stupidity and you laugh from the awkwardness of it. With Kyle, it is the same way. Kyle always says to his father, “I am just a younger and smaller version of you”. Todd always replies something along the lines of, “that’s right! You’ll be bald like me too!” When it comes to Kyle’s mother, Wendy, they both have a sensitive side and are always ready to make someone feel better. Todd is the doctor (which he actually is) and Wendy is the nurse of the household. Kyle inherited that “nurse” side to him. Taylor, Kyle’s sister, follows Taylor Swift religiously, Kyle has always been accustomed to hearing Taylor Swift music blasted through the walls. It is no surprise that Kyle became an avid Swifty as well.
