My special code of ethics would be to bring happiness, respect, loyalty, and understanding to my patients/employer. I will let them know, and feel that i am honorable, and trustworthy with there treatments/position. I will give my patients all the knowledge which they desire about there treatment. Showing them plenty of comfort would be one of my top priorities. Basically i would let my patients/employer know that I am there for there convenience, and that I am here to help.
Your code of ethics almost sound similar to mine. I also believe that showing a person that you care, shows them that they are in good hands, and that always makes a person feel good no matter what profession your in. They always seem to come back based on a honorable
Human Services Code of Ethics fits very closely with my personal values because regardless of what a person is going through everyone should be treated equally and with respect. Everyone

The ANA Code of Ethics provides nine provisions to guide the ethical responsibilities of the nursing profession. Within those provisions certain professional traits stand out that define the qualities of a great nurse. The four professional traits from the ANA Code of Ethics that I would bring to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals would be respect, compassion, commitment, and accountability. Respect is a major professional trait embodied mostly in the first provision of the Code of Ethics. The nurse should show respect for every individual whom the nurse interacts with including patients, families, and colleagues, for human needs and values, for human dignity, for patient decisions (American Nurses Association, 2001). I treat others as I would like to be treated myself, always with respect. Compassion runs side by side with respect and a nurse should always treat everyone with respect and compassion. One aspect of compassion mentioned in Provision 3.6 of the Code of Ethics guides the nurse in extending compassion to colleagues who are in recovery from illness or when illness interferes with job performance (American Nurses Association, 2001). This might be the case when a nurse encounters a co-worker whose practice may be impaired while on the job. The nurse should show
My personal Code of Ethics includes Respect, Integrity, Fairness and Caring. Some situations in life may be subjective, but what matters is making sure the results are fair for all parties. Through the years I have found identifying and setting personal values to be increasingly difficult since the right decisions aren’t always appeasing to all that are involved. Every decision made or not made is definitive of myself, and in believing so removing the need to conform to standards imposed by society.
Everyone on earth is defined by their core beliefs. It’s what makes us all individuals, what separates us from the others. It wasn’t until I was talking with my friend Sean in 8th grade that I started to realize that one of my core beliefs, something I was taught growing up, may not be my own belief.

“Healthcare professional faces complex ethical dilemmas in the workplace.” (Murray, 2010). There is an expectation that a professional working in a healthcare field demonstrates the highest degree of moral character. A morally courteous person stands up for right things even if it means to do alone. The final goal of demonstrating moral character is to protect ethical value and put ethical principles into action. There are various moral characters which I would like to see in the employees. I would like to see a healthcare professional having characteristics such as professionalism, honesty, kindness and commitment (towards their patient). For a professional working in an acute care facility, demonstrating a high level of all the above four

The purpose of my personal ethics code is to inspire success and promote prosperity. For me, this is very important because of all the hurdles I've had to overcome throughout my academic career. My idea for developing a personal code is to promote a successful lifestyle. However, it is not only limited to my future career, but also encourages success within personal relationships, as well as assigned tasks and duties that are expected of me. It is tailored in a way that allows me to think outside the box.
.My own personal code of ethics consists of important key factors to my patients satisfaction. The two below, to me, are very important factors. It is important to me to make sure that my patients are always in a safe and clean environment. It is important to be aware or hazards so you are not accused of neglect. It is also a must to treat all patients the way I would like to be treated in return. Their happiness is what keeps them a patient at the medical practice that I work at.
How I work is like… something that I can’t even explain because it travels through me and I blow myself away.

Throughout life, every individual has their own personal morals, beliefs, and values that helps influence and guide the way they choose to live their life and how they interrelate with others. I believe that as a nurse, the morals, beliefs and values that one upholds personally will impact the care provided to not only their patients but their loved ones as well. My personal values include; Altruism and compassion, autonomy, human dignity, integrity/trust and dependability among others. As we each rely on our own morality to guide our way, we as nurses also need to uphold the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics. During the course of this paper I will be discussing how my own personal morals,
My personal code of ethics is Equality and Sensibility. I believe in a predictable system that assures the well-being of all, especially those without power, is a just system. As a wife, mother, nurse and a member of a community, I strive to do the best I can in every aspect of my life. As a mother, I strive to be a good role model to my children and teach them the fundamentals of life. I strive to be able to give a solid foundation and an easy path to life whether it be school, finding who they want to be as they grow older and for a productive future. As a nurse, I strive for equality of care for every patient and to be able to be their voice when they are not
