Why i should go to the AR party Well i think i mostly have been doing better in school work and behavior. My grades are a lot better than last semester. They were A F F F F AND NOW THERE B B C C C And that's pretty good and i know that i mess around a lot But then i later get it done and i don't have a lot of detentions anymore
I have made a contribution to the AVID program by spreading all the wonderful things AVID teaches you to my friends and relatives also how it can change your life positively. I have spoken with many friends as to why they should be considering the AVID program in high school in order for them to gain knowledge and learn important college factors so that when they move on they won’t have a difficult time in college. This contribution may not seem as much but I have also tried my hardest to earn a good grade for all the years that I have been taken AVID not only for a grade in the class but for others to see what I have learned throughout all the years that I have been in AVID program and what it can do to improve high school students who want to attend college and become successful trying to reach their goals and dreams.
I became interested in the STEM camp because I believe this camp will benefit me an enormous deal in the future. Attending the camp will support my future academic goals. In college, I intend to specialize in science, math, and technology. The STEM camp will help develop my educational interests and provide a glimpse into what I can expect from studying the areas of math, science and technology and engineering. I know that my future career will involve knowledge in these subjects and I want to do everything possible to allow myself to be exposed to whatever educational opportunities that can help me develop these skills. I would also like to have an experience at UTRGV because it is one of my possible college choices at this
You can stop worrying about missing work, because if there isn’t any, there isn’t anything to worry about. Sometimes, when teachers tell the class that the grades need to be turned in soon, I can see my classmates start to stress because they have piles of missing work that they haven’t even started. Work and assignments that need to be turned in won’t pile up all at once. In addition, there is less homework. If the work is spread out evenly each day, there will be less homework to do at once, making late school nights less stressful.
Why should i be accepted into Aveda? I have a really big passion for hair. Ever since my fifth grade career project. I have been so dedicated the past four years of high school. I have had many early early mornings just so i could ride along to with a lady that does weddings and just watch her techniques while she did hair and makeup. I spend countless hours watching youtube videos on different hairstyles and makeup application.
Pursing a career as a medical doctor is an opportunity for me to mentor youth in underserved populations. As a child, I was raised in the low income, urban community of Roxbury, MA. Although not as notorious today, the neighborhood had garnered negative attention for its high crime rates. My mother emigrated from Haiti and raised me as a single parent. Due to our financial circumstance, Roxbury became our permanent residence. I have always felt there was something lacking in Roxbury in comparison to other towns I visited. My teenage years were largely spent in the suburban town of Stoneham where I attended high school. There was a literal difference in air quality and a psychology contrast in future prospects. While native students of
So you may be wondering why you should vote for me. Well, you should vote for me because I'm in NJHS, responsible as well as organized. I keep my grades up and I'm always trying to help somebody. It is an honor to be chosen as a candidate for membership in the National Honor Society. Academics, leadership skills, service abilities, and character are four principal parts of a superior student. I believe that I am inclusive of all these aspects needed to become a part of this prestigious group. Becoming a member of this organization is important to me, because it will help me get into an excellent college and push me to work harder in school.
I believe i should be in National Junior honor society because i work hard to keep my grades up, I take responsibility for my actions, I join in on school events like the dances and make sure i'm polite to my peers. I show leadership when the teacher leaves the room and i decide not to mess around, listening to the teacher in class and showing up to school with a positive attitude. When i show up to school with a positive attitude i smile say good morning and i’m ready to learn.
The reason why I want to attend the U.S. Service Academies is not only the goldmine of opportunity I will receive of an educational standpoint including benefits, but also the enrichment of character and self-development, into becoming one of the nation's most exemplary citizens through attending a military academy.
There are few certainties of what one will encounter during life. A common joke names two: death and
As a freshman at the University of Maryland, I am pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Cyber Security. I formerly attended the Academy of Health Sciences at Prince George’s Community College, a dual enrollment program in which I graduated with my High school diploma and an Associates of Arts degree in General Studies. Having a unique experience by attending these different school has allowed me to become familiar with technical communication in a multitude of ways, whether it is in the work place or school related. Being vice president of the national honor society, being a barista at Peet’s coffee shop, and with being fluent in multiple languages I have used technical communication to encourage people to “take action” in a multitude of ways. Whether it was influencing people to join the national honors society or trying to get customers to buy a new coffee drink, I have consistently been able to encourage others to “take action” with whatever it may be. Over time I have learned the do’s and don’ts of being a technical communicator, and I now understand what must be done to accomplish a task through technical communication.
I would like to be a part of the WSU Army ROTC program because I have a lot of potential to offer and I want to develop into a full fledged Army officer. The military path is something I have always wanted to pursue since junior year of high school. The influence of growing up in a Navy family helped shaped my decision to enlist in the Army National Guard. I was fortunate enough to be advanced from PV2 to PFC at the end of BCT on November 2016. During Initial Entry Training I realized that my goals and beliefs were aligned with beliefs such as the Army Values and LDRSHIP principles. After learning about the Army values and LDRSHIP principles, I integrated these beliefs into my everyday life as a soldier and a working student.
I feel very distinguished to be among the exemplary students who are being considered for the National Honor Society. I strongly believe that this society does many great things in the society by helping many people and I hope that I can play an important role in improving the impression it has created.I would be excited to join such a society because of the limitless opportunities it would present to me and allow to me to grow as a reputable person and do as much as I can for the greater good.
I am interested in working as part of the FreeFest team because I believe I can handle the responsibility since I am a committed full time student that is ambitious with other activities in school other than just academics. Although school cost is a concern, my main point of interest was to be able to have good customer service to students and adults. I noticed that some places do not have good customer service and this needs to change. Looking at the terms and conditions, I believe having the right attitude and passion gets me to a point that I want to make a difference for many students. I believe that I can handle student concerns and give 100% respect to others with great work. I am also good at assisting and organizing from my high school
