Personal Statement: Why I Want To Be Staff

Why do you want to become a staff member?:As I've said earlier I wan't to become staff because I enjoy it, I love making friendships with other staff and also with players. Some friendships you make with staff are some really close and bond able friendships, You are always talking and asking each other for advice or help. It's something you can't get as well as if you are just a player. Also I want to become staff because I really want to rid the server of hackers. i can be opn the server 6/7 days a week normally for 6-8 hours. Sometimes less because I am on summer, but then again sometimes more, because I am on summer.I understand I wouldn't be able to play but I think being staff would be something I would really enjoy and to help me gain experience for the real world, This would be a bigger step for me but I think I could handle it. I think that being staff on here would give me experience for a real job and to give me people skills. I think another reason I want to be staff is because I am a dedicated person and I do everything to the best of my ability, I will be getting up to 6 hours per day, If not more, and I will be on atleast 6 days a week.

I am very kind to other players and I love the community I feel I as a helper could enhance the fun players have on the server by monitoring chat, the Sky block Op Factions and Prison servers, and just players in general. Helping people with there questions, mistakes, and problems would be fun for me because I like to help people, and to watch them learn from there mistakes and move on in the cyclone community. Correcting players who spam, and abuse would further move the Cyclone server up the Top servers list. The server is growing anyone can tell, the bigger servers get, the bigger the number of haters gets. Stopping these haters from ruining the server is what we want right? How can we do this when there are not any staff on at some points. I will/ Do all ready play A LOT on the server having a responsibility to stop haters from hating would have me on more. t like the thought of being my face being on the

Have you been staff on any other server?: Yes, I have been staff on servers such as Minestrap and some smaller servers, details will be below.

I have experienced being a Mod, for about 2 months before the server was shut, although while I was mod I managed to help and moderate the server very well. Muting, kicking ect. wherever it was needed. Also did quite a lot of building on this server.

Have you been staff on any other server?: Yes I have been and if you want me to list the names of those servers they are (Incidious - Head-Admin) (My Server x5 I have owned a server 5 times xD) (AuraHCF - Helper then got promoted to Moderator- Resigned) I am no longer staff on any server.

Also I always try to stop hackers by reporting them, but if I was staff I could deal with them easily. I wouldn't abuse this power because I know that I would be ‘booted’ off the staff team straight away and also it wouldn't feel right taking advantage of all the work that the staff are doing to prevent it. Also I have made a few friends on this server so if I'm on I think I could be a great role model, and a few people always chat to me. I am an okay builder, but I am better at landscape builds, for example a hill. Also I'm not afraid of warning/muting/banning people. If one of my best friends hacked, I would ban/report him straight away. I understand the rules, and my friendships will not stop me from implementing them. I also think that it is really important that you don't abuse any power that you are given, nor in real life or in game. So I will never do that. Being a staff member isn't about commands or recognition. I applied for the helper position because I love helping people, not because I want access to /fly. Why do I want to be staff? This question involved a lot of thought because being staff is such a huge responsibility and even thinking of myself as staff is a dream come true. So why do I think I should be staff? Well, as a long time player of opcraft I want to see it grow, improve, and succeed and as a staff on this server I can invest my time into something that I believe in. Opcraft has an amazing community, so the closer I can get to it the better

5)Have you ever been banned, muted or kicked on CycloneNetwork? If so, Why?: I haven't been banned or muted, etc. and I haven't been playing to nor going to.

My first medium server experience would be on a server mineblast. I was helper for about a month then was offered a promotion to moderator because of my online time and activity on the forums. I was a moderator for about 3 weeks then I resigned because the server was going down, and the owners didn't seem to care. I was very active and played almost every day during the week. Also owner a server called omega factions.​

I, Hifz want to be staff for many reasons.The First reason is because I see so many people needing help but there is no staff on. All what I say is from my experience, every time I come on the weekends in the morning I love to pvp. However that's when things get nasty. Everybody knows that staff don't come on early morning except some people. I see hackers every single time and I never see staff on. This means I will be on the look out for hackers 24/7.

I was a helper on HavocMC for approximately 6 months. I was also a Jr. Mod on a StarWars based server for a few months around summer time. And lastly, I was a co-owner on a friend's server. It wasn't big, but it had a good amount of people on at times.

I have had many staff experiences from small servers that have got up to 40 - 50 players daily to servers that have got up to 700 - 1000 players daily. I have been staff on a lot of toxic community 's and a lot of friendly community 's you name the situation I have probably experienced it. A fun staff fact is I used to own a server with DJPVP_ back in 2014 or 2015 he didn 't own the server with me we were just competing against each other to see who had the best server.

To be honest i’m just trying to make a server less toxic because I have been staff on many servers and i’m not gonna lie, they were extremely toxic. I want to clean up the server and record staff series and have a good time. I am easy to cooperate with whether being a staff member or a just a player. I have good grammar and I am mature for my age. I have friends who are staff and I wish we could be staff members together. I am good at using cores and I can help out in teamspeak and use evidence and ban the hacker. I can also mute toxic players and I can SS (Screen Share) decent. I know to SS on Linux, Mac OS, And Windows. I am not toxic and I also know to get dtr back and staff revive. I do not abuse and I feel like I am cutout to be
