Personal Trainer, INC. is a success and fast growing fitness center. They operate many different fitness facilities that offer different types of services. Not all fitness centers contain every service offered. They are about to open a new fitness center that does offer all the services they provide, including some new ones such as web based access for their customers. They are looking for a services that will accompany and their needs to help their business run as smoothly as possible.
Business Functions and Processes:
Listed below are the different functions and their process in order for the new Personal Trainer, Inc. to run successfully:
• Accounts Payable: This account is responsible for making payments to suppliers.
• Accounts Receivable: This count is responsible for receiving payments from memberships and different services they provide.
• Membership List: This list keeps track of all members of the gym and their information.
• Microsoft Office: These collection of programs handles membership information and word processing.
• Exercise Area with Equipment: This area provides exercise service to its members. Equipment is provided for members to be able to exercise.
• Swimming Pool: The pool provides different services such as pool classes provided by Personal Trainer, Inc., or just to swim. This service can be included in the membership price or paid separately when utilized.

There is a fitness center with cardio and resistance machines and free weights to provide maximum variety in one's workout and a pool to relax in or lounge by after a good workout or a hard week at work. There are also jogging trails nearby for additional exercise opportunities

The profession that I have chosen to pursue is Health and Wellness. I will be attending Kaplan University to obtain my Bachelor’s of Science. In this paper I will be going into detail of the educational requirements, skill sets required to become a personal trainer. I will also go over a summary of my career goals, and where I see myself after graduation.
While providing memberships to the community. This facility will provide a variety of fitness machines that are self-applicable to meet the requirements to experience a total body workout and provide services that maintain customer interest and spark customer loyalty.
A specific service product I am familiar with is CrossFit Hidden Valley. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. All their workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more (CrossFit, 2017). At Hidden Valley, they focus on helping customers reach their ultimate fitness goals providing core products like gym equipment, coaches, and daily sessions. Furthermore, Hidden Valley offers supplementary services like a weightlifting club, personal training, leadership boards, a workout tracking system, and a kids’ playroom (CrossFit Hidden Valley, 2017).
Those who wish to stay physically fit will enjoy using the fitness center available on the property for all residents as well as taking laps in the pool. There is a business center for those times that something needs to be faxed or printed and laundry facilities are on-site to make that chore more convenient.
Fitness One is a health club in Melbourne with over 4000 members, It plans to develop a Membership Management System to streamline administration processes, improve membership value proposition, and simplify marketing and communication efforts between staff, executive team and members. The Systems which are currently used by Fitness one to run its business are struggling to keep up with its growth. They are hard to change and are struggling with the number of members, staff and locations that the business has today. The first is the Campus Recreation Service that the employee pays fitness class fees. The is a pre training assessment, workout or fitness class. The pre-training assessment measures blood pressure and heart rate, strength, endurance, and body compositions. The second is the PEAK Health, Fitness, and Wellness that employee pays for half of fees that includes several options. In order to find out what is best for your client, you need to find out more about them, such as some of their personal life and what they intend to do (or what is accomplish) in the gym.
