“ Great shot Breanna, great shot” said a fan congratulating her on winning the game with a buzzer beater shot, with a second left to play. After the game was done, she went into the locker room to change and get ready to go home. Once she got finished changing she starting walking outside towards her car. As she was driving home with the music blaring loud as her raging voice sings to the music, she gets a text message from her friends congratulating her on the win. And just like any other teenager out there she looks at it and replies back to it. Going at least 65 on the highway with the music still blaring loud, she replies. Not paying any attention to the road, she still looks at her phone, little does she know she's coming up to a railroad crossing. She sets her phone down finally and starts paying attention to the road again. But, once again, she gets a text from one of her teammates. So again, she checks her phone, completely ignoring the road once again. Coming up closer and closer to the train crossing, she doesn't’ hear that a train is coming and is blaring its horn, of course she doesn’t hear because of her music. Still texting her friend she comes up within a fourth a mile. Paying little attention to the road, she slowly presses the gas pedal a little more every second not realizing it because she’s on the phone. Coming within a couple hundred feet from the railroad, the train still racing towards the same crossing she's coming up to. Inching towards the crossing, now at a speed of 71, she’s within 50 feet of the crossing, she looks up to realize that there's a train to her left about to cross the railroad at the same time she is. pedal she tried beating the train, but the train is going so fast she doesn’t think she will make it. Everything is going in slow motion for her, the train, her vision, everything. As she was realizing she was trying to brake and turn her car into the ditch at the same time, but with the train going as fast as it was, there would have to be a miracle to happen.
