Vote on fives using Select-A-Sis. Members will input their votes of zero, five, or 10 into their personal Select-A-Sis app. The votes will register on the Select-A-Sis administrator site. Sort this list from smallest to largest. The fives list will then appear in order of who the chapter would like to invite back, first to last. This creates a ranked flex list. FOR APPROVED CHAPTERS ONLY: Vote on preselected criteria (e.g., GPA, year in school, etc.) to automatically rank the fives list. The Membership Specialist must approve the criteria. For this round only, block vote each section (i.e., the zeros list, fives list, and 10s list). The flex list will be created by using the set criteria to rank the fives list. Instead of utilizing a pro-con-pro discussion, work through the zeros list and allow members to say up to three positive Kappa Kognitives about each PNM. This allows members to become familiar with the women they have strong feelings for and those who are most likely returning for the second round. Round 2 As MSS begins, read through the zeros, fives and 10s lists. A motion can be made to move someone to the fives list for discussion. You may only move a PNM inward (i.e., from the zeros list to the fives list or from the 10s list to the fives list). You cannot move a PNM out of the fives list. My PRPSA results came out to be 97, which indicates I have “Low Anxiety”. I feel like I need the most improvement on my voice volume and making eye contact, and how I sometimes like to rush my speech. Once I get comfortable my voice tends to go lower. I always catch myself staring off into space rather than staring and making eye contact with my audience. And in the beginning or towards the end of my speech I always tend to rush my words so my clarity isn’t always

While brainstorming, the group suggest that the older members of the committee should bring at least 3 new members to increase overall membership. In the discussions, the group again confirmed that the most essential step is to multiply the group membership thus ultimately increasing ways to reach the$100,000 goal. Meredith states that there should be a fee to be on the committee, which would deter any unmotivated and lackadaisical workers. In the exchange of ideas Madison suggest that the committee should offer more internship positions to promote the organization, these internships need to be marketed as fun and valuable for future employment. The NIPA meeting in Rochester Hills went very well from my point of view, which is shared by Jimmy Bell. There were 6 Bell employees at this meeting.
Kappa Chapter’s Alumni Association is faced with membership challenge. Many of our fraternity brothers from the late 70s and early 80s have not joined the Association. As you know, these same fellows are among the most fun, enthusiastic and slightly eccentric Pikes to have ever pledged.
With this method all the people who wish to be involved in the selection of a candidate do so one after the other and not as one un widely group. They are able to ask question and form opinions without being self-conscious about the other members of the selection group.
