Project management
Project management is a methodical approach to planning and guiding project processes from start to finish. According to the Project Management Institute, the processes are guided through five stages: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Project management can be applied to almost any type of project and is widely used to control the complex processes of software development projects (Rouse, 2008).
Project procurement

The advantage of Venn diagram is very versatile and can be used in many issues and also visualize of concept (Venndiagram.net, n.d).
To further understanding relationship between these elements, an example of situation will be illustrated by using automobile industry as one set of example to relate these three element to proving relationship with project procurement.

Continuous improvement
Continuous improvement is an ongoing effort to improve product, services or processes. These effort can seek incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvement all at once (Asq.org, n.d).
Continuous improvement is critical to the success of an organization supply management program. Continuous improvement is a mean of achieving and maintain the firm advantage. Continuous improvement initiatives can be applied to many of the various firm component, proving the advantage of continuous improvement to supply management (continuous improvement, 2010).
There were three common step in integrating continuous improvement in firm procurement (Mandell, 2014):

1. Determine the tolerance for change. Every large business is unique, so it is important to assess firm own atmosphere before attempting to implement any broad shifts in thinking. This is especially important in the arena of continuous improvement.
