For running a successful company, there must have a leader who can lead and direct the employees wisely to achieve the company goals. In Apple, we can observe that Steve Jobs was leading his employees work as a team very well because Steve Jobs always make the instructions very clearly for his employees. This caused his employees trusted him by following his instruction to complete the task given by Steve Jobs without any hesitations. This leadership style not only brings advantage for company, but also disadvantage. Using this leadership to lead employees might give clear instructions for them but caused those employees become dependent on Steve Jobs since he directly told employees what to do and how to perform a task. Employees will be dependent because they need not to think what they should do to perform well the task that given by Steve Jobs since they just need to follow the instructions of him. Besides, employees might become lazy because they need not to think other creativity ideas for Steve Jobs although Steve Jobs applied the participative leadership style as well. Steve Jobs hopes that employees can highly involve in works but he has already allocated the tasks for them. He set the goals for employees and expects them to perform tasks in higher level to meet the expectation of him. However, those employees might be very stressful on this matter. Steve Jobs hopes to reach peak performance through goal setting but he never considered the psychology of his employees. He just put pressure for them in order to get the achievement as soon as possible. For example, Steve Jobs keep on pushing his employees, Steve Wozniak to create a game called Breakout. That employee claimed that it would take months to complete but with Jobs staring at him, he managed to complete it in four days. This might cause the employee working under the pressure, dissatisfy on the job and disrespect to Steve Jobs anymore although he had done his job quickly due to the pressure that given by Steve
