On the play An Enemy of the people, at the end of act 1 scene 2 page 60, Mrs. Stockmann says to her husband "Tom, Tom, there's so much injustice in the world! You've simply got to learn to live with it." Before, in the same scene we can see the difference of opinions between Dr. Stockmann and his family. Dr. Stockmann reveals his desire to tell the people the truth about the contaminated water, and the wish he has to solve the problem. His family do not agree with his opinion because it could put on risk their power under the city and they could loose much. That is why Mrs. Stockmann tells this quote to her husband, she is trying to convince him of changing is mind. As we can see in the rest of the play, Dr. Stockmann refutes to change his mind. Many people believe that we should not worry about all the problems in the world, due to that we aren't able to solve them all. The Global Warming is one of the biggest issues of our time. Most people don't care or think that one person can make the difference. These people, including my self, continue their life like waiting for the problems to fix themselves. Scientists have said that in a few years many parts of our planet would be lost due to the big amount of water. If it continues like this there is going to be a time where lands would be extincted.
