R/s last night, Liza and her friend Darlene Bentley were smoking marijuana and crack off of a can in a trailer park in Jefferson. R/s Liza’s daughter, Phaydra (7) was in car when Liza and Darlene were getting high. R/s Phaydra was jumping in and out of the car, running back and forth opening the doors, and calming out of the windows. R/s the trailer park is known as a drug area where drugs are being sold. R/s Liza and Darlene also pop pills. R/s Darlene’s kids are in DSS custody.

Nicholas (father) called the reporter (paternal grandmother) on the morning of 8-10-15, around 12am. He stated the mother and her friend was using ice. The child was in the bed asleep. The reporter went to the home and Candace (mother) flushed the drug down the toilet right before Law Enforcement arrived. Law Enforcement stated it was the same thing as crystal meth. Nothing was done by Law Enforcement because drugs was not in sight. Crystal meth is not being made at the home that the reporter knew of. Intake Worker, FPS White received a phone call from the reporter on 11/14/17. The reporter stated that mom went to jail and got out yesterday.
