a. The reason I picked this one is because throughout my personal experience I have seen many places where they feel uncomfortable. For example there was a friend of my that felt discriminated because they don't fit in a certain race group.
And was made fun of which the other employers though they were just playing around. But she took it personal and had no choice but to quit. So for management they should realize that this can be a problem internally to the business. So what they should do is get a mixed race group because people give a lot of stereotype and can affect your team. But she left because the manager was not doing anything

People from all over the world come to the United States to escape from millions of problems that are in their life. Many immigrants come to America, sometimes documented, and some undocumented. Some people believe that immigrants bring more diversity and help the economy, others believe that immigrants take jobs that would go to people who are legally here. Both sides are supported with strong evidence.

A Caucasian male employee in the Hot Bar helped me with a sample taste. The employee was not wearing a name tag. Candy and Charles were walking through an aisle together when I saw them. I stopped them and asked them for help in finding a product. They were friendly and they both took me over to the product several aisles down. Emily greeted me with a smile and said; Hello, as I entered the checkout. She scanned my merchandise and then bagged the items. She did not ask for my Ingles Advantage Card. During one planting job she stepped into a hole and injured her back, and so was unable to work. She applied for workers compensation, but the company denied her the benefits, and she felt that she had no choice but to fight for her rights. She won the case and received reimbursement for her medical bills, and when she was recovered she went back to her job. After she returned, her uncle made it clear to her that because she was a woman, she was not suited for work with the crew, so they had decided to give her work within the shop. This work included sweeping out the shop and changing the litter box for the cat that was the shop's mascot. After a few weeks of this, Toni decided to leave that position. She felt that she would never be allowed to return to working with the crew and that because she had fought for workers compensation benefits and because she was female, her uncle and his boss were trying to make her want to quit. She was very discouraged and went to a job in fast food after that.
