Reflection Of My Experience In The Sports Industry

In the last four years as a student at Eastern Kentucky University, I am grateful too have had the opportunity to take many classes that have prepared me to enter the sports industry following my internship in the summer of 2018. As a full-time student, I have enjoyed the majority of the classes that I have taken, but there are a few that pushed me to another level. Not only were these courses more challenging, but they also interested me more than other classes did. The three courses that have had the most influence on me as a student are: General Business Law, Introduction to Management, and Micro Economics. All three of these courses were taught by professors that pushed me to make connections, think critically, and develop time management.
The most influential class I have taken thus far in my college career is most definitely General Business Law, which was essentially an introductory law class. By far the best part about this class was the professor. Mr. Michael Fore has been my favorite professor at the university up to this point. He always taught the class with energy, and somehow made me want to participate every day. The tests were hard, but I oddly enough, I enjoyed them because of how creative they pushed me to be. Seeing that I want to later attend law school, I couldn’t have possibly asked for a better first law class. This course brought out the best in me every Tuesday and Thursday.
