When the communities is organized it can effectively implement management of the natural resources. The active local-level participation of donors, together with assured support from government and creates situation for local communities to get enough expertise and then implement to the natural resources management activities in the refugees camp. Local people participation is the better for the environmental strategies development program for the local communities. Monitoring and seeking to influence policies affecting the environment in a refugee situation may be more cost-effective for an environmental agency than direct implementation of field activities. The greatest impacts on the environment in refuge situations may be caused by policy decisions relating to, amongst other things, camp siting, layout and size. National environmental policies are not possible to refer to refugee-affected areas, but can be improved with basic of guidelines to create a supportive policy framework. Most countries have National Environmental Action Plans or similar strategies for environmental
A refugee is a person who was forced to leave their country. Whether it be from warfare or natural disaster, their homes are no longer safe to live in, so they need to relocate elsewhere. Once someone sets foot on the journey of becoming a refugee, they become vulnerable and dependent with no sense of what the future will bring. In an attempt to accommodate them, first world countries with the resources necessary to assist these refugees, are struggling to determine whether or not they should step-in and help. Some argue that taking them in could come with excessive consequences, while others believe they could be assets. Although there may be a few consequences, they are outweighed by the benefits and undeniable severity of the situation.

Refugee camps are run by the government, by world organizations, or the UN. The facilities are in very low condition. Refugee camps are for helping refugees that have fled their homeland for a chance at a safer place to live. The camps are for meeting their basic needs and trying to keep them more safe, but many small needs that are still important are not meet. The refugees usually sleep in tents with very few belongings. Some camps have washstand or areas where they can go to the bathroom and wash up (hygiene stations, WASH). There is a food distribution where a delivery will enter the camp and distribute food and drinking water to each family or group. The also mainly have security point and then like religious places and schools and shops (“Refugee Camp- Facilities”). They may seem like a very good and easy option to stay for refugees but they can lead to many problems and there are many risks. The camps are usually very over populated. There were around 407,477

Capitation and fee-for-service has been an important part of managed health care for reimbursement for several years. The background history of capitation involves determining the patients’ eligibility, the density of geographic areas of PCP’s and payment amounts from sub-specialists. On the other hand, fee-for-service involves high costs, and more manipulation occurs with the fee-for-service (FFS). There are tangible reasons behind both payment services and the disadvantages surrounding them. Various authors offer insight and valuable opinions of the pros and cons of fee-for-service and capitation that need to be addressed.
British North America (now Canada) where slavery was prohibited, was a popular destination because of its long border gave a lot of access points. Most former slaves settled in Ontario. More than 30,000 people have reportedly fled from there through the network during the peak period of 20 years, although census figures represent only the US Refugee 6000. Many stories are described in the Book of Records in 1872 subways William Nevertheless abolitionist who then led the Philadelphia Vigilance Committee.
They propose three solutions: voluntary repatriation, local integration, and resettlement (UNHCR Resettlement Handbook 28). The UNHCR adds that “The three solutions are complementary in nature and, when applied together, can form a viable and comprehensive strategy for resolving a refugee situation” (UNHCR Resettlement Handbook 28). Voluntary reparation is helping a refugee safely and proudly return to their country of origin, allowing them to resume their former lifestyle (UNHCR Resettlement Handbook 31). Local integration is attempting to grant the refugee a permanent right to stay in the host country, and possibly become a citizen (UNHCR Resettlement Handbook 34). Resettlement is transferring refugees from the original country they fled to, to another State that agreed to accept them and grant permanent settlement, and sometimes citizenship (UNHCR Resettlement Handbook 36). This book provides extensive details on policies used by the UNHCR, which will be helpful when writing the Policy
Moving to America was the biggest change in my life. Before, I know very little of this world and my thoughts and opinion were very narrow. I did not have the best education and I think little about my future since I lived in a refugee camp. I also could not open myself up to people of different background because of the lack of diversity while living in the camp. But moving to America I was introduced with a new culture, education, and diversity that changes my life and my views.

Refugee issue is a global issue mainly due to wars, conflicts or environmental, political, religious and racial reasons (Gibney & Gil, 2010). In recent years, the turmoil triggered by the "Arab Spring" in many countries in West Asia and North Africa causing numerous refugees, so it has once again attracted the attention of people(Grossman, 2017). People forced to relocate their homes and even renounce their nationality by war or natural disasters are defined as refugee(UNHCR,2017).The influx of refugees brings cheap labor forces reducing the cost of productions ,and causes the promotion of economic development. In addition, the increasing population leads to an increase in demand which can increase the income of the host countries and the state tax. It can be argued that refugees are unable to benefit the host nations because refugees increase unemployment rate and occupy resources in education. Although it may be true that there are some negative effects caused by refugees, refugees can benefit the host nation in terms of economy and social advancement.
To be able to conduct our research we will interview refugees, observe the refugee population in the camps, explore the camp sites, speak with any authorities that are still involved in the camps as well as any religious clergy, and if any, help organizations. Ultimately we want to take our findings to aid organizations that need the research to be able to enter the camp areas to assist in the most effective and safe way possible, both considering the aid workers, and the refugee camp
People intercontinentally migrating, putting pressure on areas that are already facing resource scarcity then, making a place over populated with less and less resources or resources that are astronomically priced. If the people stay in their original homes they are facing issues such as desertification, degradation of soil or issues considering salinization or other environmental issues like sea level rising for people off coasts or in areas that are already under sea level such as many islands. In the first article I read (Mahnke, Eva.) it posed the idea of being an climate refugee, so leaving ones country due to issues that were facing the community environmentally, making them leave for better resources. It says that the people can’t seek refuge for environmental issues because of the Geneva Convention that is not specifically said.
A refugee is defined as an individual who has been forced to leave their country due to political or religious reasons, or due to threat of war or violence. There were 19.5 million refugees worldwide at the end of 2014, 14.4 million under the mandate of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), around 2.9 million more than in 2013. The other 5.1 million Palestinian refugees are registered with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). With the displacement of so many people, it is difficult to find countries willing to accept all the refugees. There are over 125 different countries that currently host refugees, and with this commitment comes the responsibility of ensuring these refugees have access to
