What is the relationship between people and the environment?

To emulate the relationship between people and the environment, I find it best to consider Newton’s third law of motion which states; For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Meaning that for every change made in nature, there will be an inevitable change in mankind- a theory that can easily be proven justifiable. There are a myriad of examples that proves a linear relationship between people and the environment- some for the good and unfortunately some for the worse. However, in an effort to illustrate and thoroughly explain the dynamic relationship between people and the environment, I will provide research on what I view as the three most distinguished areas where the nature of our relationship can not be ignored. These topics include our effects on other species, climate, and collectively vegetation and landscape. To begin, over the course of history human activities have drastically changed or destroyed the natural habitats that are essential to the survival of plants and animals. We have been known to pollute habitats, hunt and kill animals illegally, and our trivial need to fulfill our aches for luxurious lifestyle often has the side effect and disrespecting home and resources of other species that we share the plant Earth with. Our human population is multiplying at an alarming rate
