History
The key factor which drove the early history of the enterprise that would become The Nestlé Company was Henri Nestlé's search for a healthy, economical alternative to breastfeeding for mothers who could not feed their infants at the breast.
In the mid-1860s Nestlé, a trained pharmacist, began experimenting with various combinations of cow's milk, wheat flour and sugar in an attempt to develop an alternative source of infant nutrition for mothers who were unable to breast feed. His ultimate goal was to help combat the problem of infant mortality due to malnutrition. He called the new product Farine Lactée Henri Nestlé.

In order for the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles to be successful within the organization. The business would have to have a branch that oversees the code of conduct of each division that Nestlé owned. The branch would have to be responsible for implementing an effective plan that will train every individual in the organization. The group would also have to create health checks and a strong ethical compliance program that would standardize the way Nestlé Corporate Business Principles would be viewed. In the system constant monitoring and auditing, the divisions would be key. The ethical branch would also be responsible of the reprimand they would be giving out if the division were not aligned with the corporate values
The first and the foremost thing that Nestle should do is to educate the audience about what wrong has been done through television and newspaper advertisements and active communication with the consumers through media. They can’t remain conservative at this point and need to reply to media. Only through this can they salvage their image.
Political factor is important especially in food industry. From here, Nestle has provided food assurance to ensure to the consumer that their products are manufactured and distributed under the safety condition.
