In manufacturing, automobiles give people jobs like the people who build the vehicles. Most vehicle manufacturing companies have many facilities and many workers to build the cars. When vehicles break down there has to be someone that fixes it, and if there were not vehicles, there would not be mechanics. Mechanics fix cars, and sometimes they make the car better when there was not anything
When someone thinks of Ford Motor Company, one of the first things that comes to mind is the Mustang. Carroll Shelby revolutionized the world of cars, especially with his work on the Ford Mustangs. Carroll was not only a racecar driver, but he also created racecars and street legal vehicles. He is a member of the Automotive Hall of Fame and the International Motor Sports Hall of Fame, just to name a few, and in 1956 and ’57 was named Driver of the Year by Sports Illustrated. Shelby died March 10, 2012 at the age of 89, and in this speech I hope that I can convince you that he is more than worthy of the prominent place he holds in the history of performance vehicles.
To begin with, in Italy in 1929 there was a car model created by the italians which was called the ¨Ferrari¨ and was created for men to race their cars back then on the track. In addition, in Germany in 1931 the ¨Porsche¨ model was created germans for the purpose of racing on the track also but was created by a man named Ferdinand Porsche which loved cars as a kid and grew up working on volkswagens which lead to his idea of the porsche. So, they were both created for racing purposes but the history of the men who made them is not similar because they lived in different countries with different cultures and ideas.
At one point Shelby was split from ford. Shelby was split for a long time after the first Ford-Shelby mustangs. In 1982 Shelby was working with dodge. In this time Shelby made a Dodge Shelby, he was even behind designing the Dodge Viper. Revolutionizing our world and opening up countless numbers of opportunities, the car changed society in the most drastic of ways. Many people believe that the first car was invented by Henry Ford, but in fact, that is not true. There are many different views on who actually invented it. In 1886, a German man named Karl Benz was credited for manufacturing the first car. It was not until the early 20th century that the model car was produced in masses. This is where Henry Ford comes in. Henry Ford played a major part in the automobile industry, but not for the reasons we think. Ford was the creator of the assembly line, allowing cars to be built in masses. This required large teams of skilled engineers. The car was brought to the worker, who performed the same task on every car over and over again. This reduced the time to build a Model T from twelve and a half hours, to less than six. Ford “revolutionized the automobile worldwide, creating a car that was practical and affordable” (Philbin). Ford’s car, later named the Model T, sold over 15 million by May 26, 1927. He had half the worlds market in his hands. From 1908 to 1927, the price of the automobile decreased from $950 to less than $300. The automobile at the start was only affordable for the wealthy, but because of Ford's assembly line, people in lower classes were able to afford it. Transportation before the Model T was a luxury only bought by

When he sold it, he was able to get a broken motorcycle, and repaired it, until he worked to own his first Corvette.
