The thirteenth of June in the year 1994, a boy named Nicholas Barclay left his house in San Antonio, Texas. He went to go play basketball at a park a mile or two away from the home. He walked out the door with a pink backpack and a 5 dollar bill. After Nicholas played basketball with his friends, he called his mother asking for her to pick him up from the park. His mother, Beverly Dollarhide, worked during nights and slept during the daytime, so instead his brother in law, Jason, picked up the phone. Nicolas was told that his mother was sleeping, and instead he would have to walk home. This was the last time anyone heard from him.
Nicolas was what they would call a “problem child” and had run away multiple times before, so his family wasn't

The two other boys ran home, no arrest was ever made and Jacob was never seen again. Investigators learned soon after that unbeknownst to the community, sex offenders had been living in halfway houses around the neighborhood. Not many years after this event Stephanie Schmidt, a 19 year old college student was raped and murdered by a coworker whom she had no idea was a registered sex offender (“Parents For Megan’s Law”). Her family contributed to laws that would make communities more aware of sexual predators.

Chris Byers, Michael Moore, and Stevie Branch were the three innocent eight year old boys who were on a bike ride adventure on May 5, 1993 and never returned home again. Family, friends and the entire community were mortified beyond belief. It was unspeakable what happened to the boys. Chris, Michael, and Stevie were found in Robin Hood Hills naked, bound and mutilated. Immediately, rumors began that due to the brutal nature of the crime, it had to be that of satanic doing. On the flip side of the above innocent youngs boys, there are the three very troubled teens that live in the same town. Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley, and Jason Baldwin. They were three well known teenagers in West Memphis Arkansas. The three teens had definitely made a name for themselves in their home town. There were rumors of
The victims were targeted because they were a wealthy family and the two men planned to steal from the house and run away without harming anyone. But, on the early morning of July 23, 2007 the two men arrived to the Petit family home and as they arrived they found William Petit, father, sleeping on the porch in a couch. One of the men beat Mr. Petit with a baseball that they had found in the yard of the home, after he was beaten the two men took him to the basement of the house and held him at gunpoint. The wife and the two daughters were locked in each of their rooms. It has been ten years since Fred left for Vancouver. Fred is now twenty-seven, but still in the seventeen-year-old body he was when he was turned into a wretched monster. He still thinks of the day that he left behind Bree and Diego, part of him wishes that he had stayed, instead of going to Vancouver. He also remembers the cold, dreary day in Seattle, walking home on his usual route, not having a care in the world, because everyday was the same, until he saw the man from the newspapers. The man in the newspapers was mentioned everywhere. No one knew where Riley, a nineteen-year-old college student would have went. Fred thought about how idiotic it was to ask Riley if he was okay- maybe he would still be a human. Fred sulked as he walked home from the fifth high school he has went to.
In San Bernadino in the late 1960s, almost 200 hundred children went missing in what became known as The Milk Carton Epidemic. Children weren’t allowed on the streets past sunset, but on the day of Jack Sturges birthday, him and his little brother Jim were having too much fun on their bicycles to notice the sun was slowly making its exit. When Jack raced ahead towards the Holland Transit Bridge, Jim quickly lost sight of him. From the shadow of the bridge came a sight so terrifying that Jim could only run away in fear. Black fur, horns, claws, and massive teeth chased him home that day and while he managed to survive, he never saw his older brother Jack again.
5 years ago there was a boy named Bates who was involved in a mass shooting spree. When this case was covered by officials they never saw the reason why he did all of this. This all started on August 4 2014. A couple days before August fourth was his first day of 3rd grade when he murdered his parents with his own two hands during his rage episode. Police officers came over immediately to check the scene and there was no signs of who could’ve been. But seven year old Bates showed no signs of guilt, despair, or grief. He just sat there on the couch like nothing ever happened. Then, he said to the officers,” When will my mommy and daddy wake up?” The officers replied,” Not for long time son.” Supposedly this triggered something ominous in him as he started singing “Ring Around the Rosey”

Once upon a time, there lived a mysterious 17-year-old boy named Jacob at the end of the street. I had passed his house once or twice. His windows were covered with antique stained glass. I would observe him through the windows as I would saunter by but there would never be a change in what I would see.Whenever I would walk past his house we would catch each other looking and he would have the same tough resting face each and every time. He was one of those handsome and charming boys, as though it seems like his wrongdoings had bungled him, making him segregated from his family. This resulted in Jacob being disowned by his family as to why he lived alone at a young age. Jacob was not bothered by this so he continued with the lifestyle of his
