People have told me that I have a certain aura about me that people felt comfortable and felt at ease. My sophomore year at Nevada I became a Resident Assistant and this aura that people felt made it easy for me to connect with my residents and assist them in their struggles that they were facing. Taking this job I had learned so much and had grown tremendously from it. Many people think an RA to be the police of the residence hall but for me that was not the case. I wanted to help the students get acclimated to the university and aid them in their times of need. I was not just busting students for alcohol but I was trying to help them be safe. Student came to me for advice from heartbreak of a loved one, to suicidal thoughts and depression.

Since stepping foot into Georgia State University, ingratiating myself within the school campus was my way of evolving my student leadership abilities. That really was the engine starter that propelled me to finally come out of my comfort zone and be something of a positive force that can touch not just me but everyone else. Hi, I did confirm with my uncle and my assumption is correct. He confirmed for one to file taxes for babysitting is seen as an official work regardless of hours unless you're working as an au pair. Hence, due to my F1 visa (international student visa) it will jeopardize my status later in the long run when I would want to change to a J1 visa (work). I'm sincerely sorry and I hope this doesn't put you in a compromising position. Since I started babysitting no one has ever required me to do so and I wasn't aware of it.
