“How do you want to die?” Was the last thing said to Riya Lake before this horrible situation became her reality. “Peacefully, in my sleep.” She replied dreamily and drifted off into deep sleep.

Without needing the help of an alarm clock, Riya woke up groggily this morning due to the mindless ray of sun piercing through her slightly agape curtains. She sat up with a foreign energy. A fresh feeling bubbling throughout her body. As she walked towards the white door of her bedroom, she hears distant gurgling. As if the sewers were backed up or the kitchen sink is clogged. Carefully twisting the knob, she was about to take a step out, but was immediately taken aback. Something suddenly clasps her mouth, a hand is what she suspects. It didn't feel like a hand, more jelly like and cold. Her eyes widen at the action. Her tiny throat lets out a slight squeal and she struggles to turn her head around to see what it was actually. A little light shone in from an unknown point, so she could see everything faintly in dim light.
