Act 1 scene 1- The Roles in society-
The reason I choose this title because the story started out focusing on the servants of the family and then to other Roles like prince and Noble of each families. The servant’s role in this scene is to give insight on what the two families’ think of each other, not only that it also give a sense of realism when there are two families that have a deep past. The second part the Nobles it show that the Nobles have a strong influent to their own servant’s, such as when Benvolio tell them to stop fighting but then Tybalt come in to negate that, it started to become an all-out brawl. Lastly, on the top of the pyramid the Prince, the prince have the power over both families and his citizen which mean the Prince it the strongest character in the story. …show more content…

First, Rosaline the fake love of Romeo, Romeo say in this act he love Rosaline and it the reason he coming to the Dance at the Capulet party. Second, Paris the fake love of Juliet, he is making a plan marriage with Juliet through her parents. But these two only act as a red herring in the story because as the story progress we learn that Romeo don’t love Rosaline and Paris planned marriage won’t work out.
