I have reviewed and summarized the provided medical records for Rose Lilywhite. I did find inconsistencies concerning different accident dates, however, those can be explained by a simple typing error. Additionally, I located other discrepancies scattered throughout the medical records. My concerns and comments are outlined below. 1. Dr. Larry Swan mentions Greater Valley Clinic charts as a source of information. We do not have those records. Greater Valley Clinic, March 15, 2005, page 32 2. During the appointment with Dr. Swan, Rose states her head had hit the windshield twice. This is the first, and only time hitting the windshield twice had been mentioned. Greater Valley Clinic, March 15, 2005, page 33 3. Rose mentioned to Dr. Swan …show more content…
I believe Sunshine Therapy Associates have additional records that we don’t have. The physical therapy entries are on odd numbered visits only. Sunshine Therapy Associates, February – March 2005, pages 51-61 13. Rose asked Dr. Turnblad if her injuries were permanent. He told her from how much time has passed and her physical findings, there is permanency to her injuries. Turnblad Spine Clinic, January 11, 2006, page 69 14. Dr. Turnblad prescribed Rose Ultram on January 11, 2006. There is no mention of this medication when she had provided you her medications. Turnblad Spine Clinic, January 11,2006, page 69 Rose has made statements that are not entirely true when speaking with her treating physicians. Whether is was purely accidental on her part because she didn’t fully understand her diagnosis, or if she was trying to be deceptive, but either way that could be very disastrous for her case. Consequently, Rose does not look like a very reliable source, and I fear the jury will not believe her. The missing medical records may answer some of the unanswered questions, in conjunction with the original intake records for Fontaine. There were notes written on a document from Fontaine Chiropractic Clinic that had been illegible and cut off that possibly will be helpful to us. Let me know your
When Rebecca’s grandmother died, she had made a dying promise to her, which is to find the castle and the prince from her tale about Briar Rose. This is an important event to the story that made Rebecca question about Gemma’s past.
In one of the exhibits presented by the plaintiffs attorney was a photo of Ms. Rehe and the visible swelling of her face. The video testimony continued which is when the defendants lawyers John Kelner and Burt Redlus asked the judge to end the video because it has become redundant, then Mr. Kaplan argued that this is the only testimony they have of Dr. Crabill so it was sustained since no transcripts of the questioning were available. After which during the video deposition Dr. Crabill was asked whether he had formed an appropriate patient doctor relationship with Ms. Rehe, which he agreed he had after meeting with the patient three times the first being February 28th, 2005. He was than asked what the standard of care included and he stated, during full-time practice for full treatments he would perform a full diagnostic which includes photos and x-ray images, but later admits that he did not do any prior to taking the patient from Dr. Zambrano. The case has a week to reach its final judgement from the jury and judge.
The objects I had chosen each had a significance to me in my personal life. I chose a dried rose, a key, and a camera. Each object brings a significant memory to mind when I think of them. The camera reminds me of my passion, and of the day I bought it at a thrift shop with my closest friends. Secondly, the rose reminds me of my last concert in my high school orchestra when my father gave me the rose. Lastly, the key brings back memories from the individual who had given it to me. I choose this particular composition because it was visually pleasing, additionally, the strap of the camera and the chain on the necklace draws the eye around the page and back to the camera.
It was reported that Jade’s medications included “too many” and, to find out what those medications were, “ask her
We have all hear about Hitler and how he tried to take over Europe. We also know that he was killing the Jews. Everyone has heard how horrible they were treated in the camps that Hitler had set up for them. We know that they staved to death in the camps, and how they were sometimes beaten to death. No mercy was show to the Jews in the camps. We have all hear some story or read a book about how badly they were treated. But have we all heard the story about the resistance that stood up to Hitler in his ruling. Not everyone has heard the story of The White Rose and the people who severed in the resistance and what they did to stop what was happening to the Jews. The White Rose’s story is one that
On Thursday 27th April2017, at about 9:40am Ms. Willamae Strachan was working at the Dune’s Bar. Thereafter, she was sent to retrieve plastic bags from the Beach Club Restaurant. While walking up the stairs to the restaurant, Ms. Strachan missed her step and hit her right foot against the base of the stairs ripping the nail from her big toe.

Though many believe that receiving a single rose is extremely cliche, I found it to be the most thoughtful, yet riskiest, gift I have ever gotten. With strict parents, it is especially difficult to have any interaction with boys while simultaneously trying to avoid their condemnation. Because of this, all the males at my school would purposely distance themselves away from me, for the benefit of both themselves and myself from being confronted by my parents. This isolation from boys continued until my sophomore year of high school when one of my peers, who has admired me for quite a while, knocked on my door and handed me a single rose on my birthday. He not only remembered the most special day of my life, but also sacrificed himself to a verbal
In my opinion, Rose had the most negative effect on him. I think this because when he was little, she would always get on to him when he did not do something wrong. For example, he would accidentally use the restroom in his pants and Rose would get on to him and spank him with a belt. As Charlie got older, he would realize that the things that he would get in trouble for, he would not control them. She wanted him to be like the everyone else and be normal and fit in. The way that made Charlie feel low and sad, like he was a disgrace to his mom. She wanted him to do the experiment for her, to make him more normal. Rose only thought about herself and what was good enough for her. She thought that him being normal would be best for her and did
Her kneecap was still located on the anterior (ventral) side of her leg; nothing was displaced. Also the accident left some big scratches on her elbow which was proximal to her wrist that were pretty bruised up. Her skin that was superficial to her skeletal muscles that are apart of the skeletal system, was in bad shape because of all the bruises and scratches. Her lungs that are deep (internal) to her skin, were nearly smashed in the accident, but thank goodness that didn’t happen. Her spine, which is dorsal (posterior) to her breast bone, felt a little sore, but nothing major was wrong. `Her broken nose was inferior to her chin, which she had to get stitches on her chin. After the horrible accident, she got into a fight with a girl. Most of her oral cavity was messed up. Her lip was busted and her gums were bleeding. She didn’t lose any teeth, which is good. She just had to go to the hospital to get everything checked out. Through all these horrible things that have happened to her, her cardiovascular system was still working and distributing blood to all the parts of her
Rose’s life has been a constant battle of good and evil. She has been dealt some vary harsh cards throughout her life and has continued to endure quietly. If you draw a card with a consequence (ie. move back three spaces) follow the instructions and continue to endure.
“When a man is longing to have sex with a woman, he becomes interested in her soul, and deceives himself that he is in love with that soul; only after possessing her body, he can forget about her soul. Perhaps this is the only way to liberate himself.” This is a famous quote from the novel “Red Rose, White Rose” written by Eileen Chang, one of the most influential contemporary Chinese female writers. There is no doubt that some modern critics and feminists may point out that this idea of gender role is opposed to gender equality and balance of a relationship. However, men and women throughout generations do possess distinctive “functions” congenitally and, eventually, lead to different mentality and physiological reactions when they fall
