I have a strong dedication for my passions, and unique talents that would serve as a fitting quality for a UC student. I am most passionate to do the best that I can in anything when I am given the opportunity. I am willing to go out of my way to help others out before I help myself, because I find it important that others around me must be happy and feel positive, especially if they are my friends. …show more content…

In particular, the French Club that I joined during high school really helped me comfortably connect with my peers. If I am given the opportunity to attend Florida A&M University, I will help the campus community
While attending Cal Baptist, I hope to gain a better understanding of the person I am, and continue to work on the person I wish to become. I believe college to be an opportunity to discover what you are capable of and what you didn’t know you were capable of - academically, socially and spiritually. I enjoy putting myself in positions where I can learn about new things and people, which in turn, helps me learn more about myself and what I am passionate about.
Through my experiences and achievements at California Baptist University, I can gain an academic advantage over my peers attending other schools. The amount of programs and majors offered at CBU will help me develop as an educated and experienced woman with a strong educational background at CBU. With the help of CBU, I can grow into my full potential and maintain a great headstart in entering the real world with a strong mentality of maturity. “Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people that are prepared for today.” These heartfelt words were spoken by the civil rights activist Malcolm X who believed that people should never stop learning. I’m very much like him in that way. I believe that everybody should have the right to a fair education. I certainly enjoy learning at my current school, Julia R. Masterman. Masterman has taught me many things that I never thought I would learn. In this essay I will discuss how my education, so far, has impacted my life through improving social skills, rigorous academics and has increased my sense of independence.

At UCI, I plan to expand my horizons through the variety of clubs and classes there is to offer. Throughout high school, I constantly strived to make a difference in my community and I hope to continue this in college. With plenty of connections and resources, I want to participate in bigger and better service projects. My motivations come from the social interactions I have had in high school. Clubs have allowed me to see the various perspectives of people and how they try to change the circumstances of their community. I have met many compassionate and loving individuals and I hope to find more at UCI. They have inspired me to do more than what I have already done.
One reason I would be successful at VCU is because I am a diligent hard worker. In the second grade, my Celiac disease caused me to fall behind in understanding key academia. To catch up, I worked twice as hard, so that when I entered the fourth grade I was caught up. Also, when I entered high school I tried out for the girls' varsity tennis team and was cut. In order to still be part of the team, I became the manager and worked with the coach all year to eventually become a player worthy of being on the team the following year.
My goal while attending this University is to be an example for other minorities who come from harsh upbringings such as myself and show them that with perseverance and hard work you can overcome any challenges you are faced with and accomplish the goal(s) you have in sight. What I bring to the table is firsthand experience and I feel
Since I’ve begun my studies, Sacramento State University has provided me with a whirlwind of exciting changes and opportunities in the local community to grow as an adult. I recognize that college isn’t a necessity that aids people in achieving the new American Dream; it helps you individually in stimulating one’s self professionally and personally. Critical thinking and reflection has helped me improve from being a wallflower of an undergraduate to a confident community member and scholar. Not only does this college help me develop skills in my desired field, it helps me learn how to think properly and develop genius in the real world.
I know with my great experience, drive, and future college education from CCU that great things are not too far ahead. Another event that caused me to venture back into the college arena is the insatiable appetite I have for knowledge. When I started my college search this last time I really looked closely at what all the schools had to offer. I found CCU and I felt like my search had ended but my journey had just begun. College has always been a place I enjoyed going, it is a symbol to me that there is hope for a better tomorrow. WKU, the college I attended straight out of high school, brings back some of the best memories I have ever experience. It gave me a sense of pride when I passed my classes, it improved my social skills, and it brought me closer to my responsibilities. I believe that with an associate’s degree from CCU in Healthcare Administration new doors will open, opportunities will knock. In wrapping up this essay, it seems that there are many events in play that have influenced me not only to future my education, but to attend CCU as

However, I would like to get good grades in all
I believe that I am a perfect fit for the University of California due to my characteristics that set me far apart from other candidates which are unique. The first characteristic I have is doing the right things, even when nobody's watching. This means that I have integrity and character to complement my ability to get things done. Also It’s easy to do the right thing when you have people around, but it takes courage and strength of character to do the right thing when you’re alone, however I do it at all times due to my integrity and respect for whatever reason or situation occurs, and I Stay true to my very own values even when everyone around me is floundering, or when popular opinion goes against what you know in your heart to be right.
