Hot Chocolate Days in the Winter!
Dear M. Zeoli,
I have come up with a brilliant idea to build up some school spirit throughout the school community, hot chocolate days in the winter! I believe it is possible that this can put a smile on people's faces and definitely build up some school spirit. Also, I believe it will also prevent children from being cold throughout the school day. Lastly, it can also be a fundraiser for the school. Here’s why I think so.
Firstly, I believe this is such a great idea because, it will build up school spirit and put smiles on people’s faces. Don’t you love it when you see a student walking down the halls with a smile on their faces? Well this will definitely do the trick because who doesn’t like hot chocolate?! Also, we need one more boost to become a great school, we have Fro-yo on

First of all, the money can go to uniforms for sports teams because I find that usually we are low on sports uniforms so this will be a great cause for the money to go to. Also the money made ( which I am sure will be a lot considering how much people like hot chocolate) can go to instruments, for not only music classes but can also be used for clubs, musicals, talent shows, etc. Lastly, the money made can be used for graduation expenses such as rental fees, accessories, etc. which I know is very expensive so this can definitely help out this cause. That is why I think this idea will help fundraise for the school community.
In conclusion, I think it is a great idea to start hot chocolate days in the winter and hopefully you do to! It will help students build up some school spirit and it will help put smiles on their faces. It will help prevent students from being cold throughout the school day. And finally, it can help fundraise for the school’s needs. That is why I think it is a great idea to start hot chocolate days in the
Finally, the staff members of Oak Creek High could have more time available to get done with their work. Teachers need the extra time to get organized and prepared for the next class they teach. They could go home and eat or go out to eat. Plus, they would have extra time to eat at their own pace. Everyone knows that the administrators have enough problems to deal with, so by having an open campus lunch their will be less students they have to watch over in the cafeteria during lunch hours. Just like the teachers, the administrators would also have more time to get more things done and eat their lunch.
In 2014, “groundwater makes up 60 percent of California’s water use” (Governor Brown Changes, 2014).
Although accepting incentives in return for charitable acts benefits you, it is morally the wrong thing to do. When a student donates food for a food drive or does any act towards charity, they should not be doing it for the soul reason that they need bonus points. Student need to be taught that these selfless acts are to be expected of them. They should want to donate because they know they are doing something good for other people. For example, last year the science club at my school was selling seeds as a fundraiser. My science teacher
Students should be able to choose what kind of drink they want to drink during lunch especially. Allowing students to drink what they want will teach them some responsibilities. Allowing students to choose what they want to drink will let them have the drink they prefer. When a student chooses their drink during lunch they will be able to see how their body reacts to that drink when they play sports. It is more important to let the students choose their own drinks than it is to learn.
First and foremost, you did it! You survived all crammed hallways, the cliques, and all the times you thought your parents were controlling you way too much. As this new chapter opens you will soon realize that your parents were always right and you really do need to not procrastinate and should balance your school and social life. College truly is the best four years of your life, but there are a few things you must always keep in the back of your mind.
I hope this message finds you in good spirit. Dean Dalebout suggested I reach out to you regarding my interest in exploring avenues to serve the people of Michigan.
In the past two years, I've had the privilege of volunteering at the "Ready for School" event at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights. Ready for School, or more commonly known as "Backpack Day", is an event where Arlington Heights school districts and other community members help fund to purchase school supplies for under privileged students in Arlington Heights. In addition, on the day of the event there are multiple community services, such as the police and fire departments, the library and park district in attendance to help families understand the resources they offer. The numbers of families and students that attend increase each year, this year with over 600 backpacks.
What to change at Crown Point High School to make the school more fun? They should change the school lunches. Crown Point High School lunches are no fun because they are too healthy, for example, whole grain rice crispy treats, chicken and onion rings. The lunches are nasty because there is something dripping off the hamburgers and no one knows what kind of meat they use. The lunches are very unsanitary because students go through school not washing their hands and then going to lunch. When they touch their food without washing or putting hand sanitizer on who knows what they've been touching, there should be hand sanitizer when you wait in line to reduce sicknesses. Instead of buying lunch at school, Crown Point High School should let their
Have you ever thought about having school all year round? Students should not go to school all year round. Students should not go to school all year round because students minds would not be as clear and our health would be better off with the normal schedule.
Should students in California leave school campus to get tasty food? Students complain about the school food. That is why the students would like to leave school campus to get better food. Some people say that the students could ditch school, that is why we will have school police around the area and keep them in check. If they bring food it would get cold by the time it’s lunch. Students will get tired of school food there are 10 food item on the menu. They also serve small portions of food. So if the students go and get food from restaurants they will get bigger portions and will have energy to get throughout the rest of the day. Students at San Bernardino Unified School District should
Open Campus lunches something I’m sure that would be able to offer many benefits to all of us, students as well as teachers and staff alike. This would broaden THS meal choices, give some THS staff a more relaxed lunch, and lastly provide a chance to improve the responsibility of students.
I wonder would the school be making more or less money from this. Also does this affect the teachers and how they teach or there pay. Another topic i would want to bring up is why can’t we get different type of venders to come give food. "I'm going to bed at midnight and waking up at 6," Benmar said of her current schedule, which includes jazz choir after school. "I'm really tired right now."Like why can’t we just all get what we want from school like seriously. Waking up early should not be a problem for many of us, but to this day many students can not go to bed early because of electronics and other
Since my school got 1,000,000 dollars just game to them and people are usually very tired in the morning.I think they should get a starbucks coffee shop in the lobby.I don't the coffee should be free but like half off.The coffee would wake students up in the morning.Because when students are tired they can't focus. But if the students are awake which the coffee would make them they can focus way more. Also the students would have a better attitude throughout their day because they won't be tired and grumpy. When you are awake your not as grumpy. Also i think they should get more food items at lunch. The food we have now isn't very good and I think it tastes nasty.I think they should get fast-food restaurant food items. But like a different place every day but the food will cost a little more.
First, this is just a horrible idea. We would be in school whey to long. We would be here eight and a half hours a day! Us as students could never do that. We would
When students are involved they get the nutrition and food they need along with the skill sets needed to become employed in the future. The help the children organization adds into this by using a donation program through their website. With the donations they purchase mass amounts of food to deliver to churches, senior citizen faculties, woman shelters, recovery programs, and more. Help the children delivers on average 1.7 million pounds of bulk food each month, making that 35 tons each work day.
