Phosphoric acid may be the cause to loss in density in your bones. This is the key ingredient in soda, but there are always a few more things that can come into play. One would definitely be the amount of sugar that goes into soda to counteract the immense acidity of the carbonated beverage. This goes for most sodas, as the sugar level is crazy high, especially ones like Mountain Dew, Coca- Cola, Pepsi. These factors are reasons why you could be hurting your body, and truly may not be the only answer in asking,” Do carbonated beverages affect your bone health?” In this speech I will be focusing on three main questions of, do carbonated beverages affect your bone health? / How does phosphoric acid affect your absorption of calcium? can drinking soda leaf to cancer?, how does the sugar found in soda affect your body over time?,is your bone health affected by the simple replacement of high calcium? . …show more content…

The history of soft drink derives from soda water. Gabriel Francois Venel produced artificially carbonated water first in 1750. As in that time, many wines and beers were carbonated through a process of fermentation for centuries before. But now one had thought of the idea to carbonated water through fermentation.
