During the period in the team, I grasped some basic and advanced technologies, met a lot of difficulties and made some mistakes too. I extremely appreciated things I learned and friends I met there. After graduation from college, I followed the former steps of living a normal life, repeating learning new frameworks, using them and satisfying others’ requests. Then I began to realize, this could neither let me research more deeply nor achieve anything I think that is worth working. Moreover, most of my classmates and friends around interesting in coding concentrate much more on how many projects they could have done or how much money they can earn other than whether they think this is interesting or not. I think I need to broaden my horizon even if the new environment would not be so magnificent as I expect. So I prepared the English test from long before, though I didn’t get a high score finally and then consulted teachers who are familiar with the Dual Degree Program. Eventually I decide to go abroad for further

As a kid I have always been curious about “How things work?”, the thing could may be as simple as dynamo attached to a bicycle or something more complex as working of elevators. As a result, I took admission for higher secondary education at S.P. College, Pune with Electronics as a subject. S. P. College is one of the reputed colleges in Pune. It is known for providing excellent research environment to students by providing exceptional laboratories. Taking Electronics as a subject got me started at very basics of computers. I studied different semiconductor devices, learning ROM, DROM and eventually different chips in the process. Also in the final year of my junior college, we were taught assembly language. I was very much fascinated by the device programming. My interest was clearly reflected in my

I am Sphoorti Sangamesh Biradar, 21 years old. I am studying B. Computer Science engineering final year in the reputed university Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) at college Sir.M.Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. I have always believed in the credo "Destiny awaits those who dare to dream". It is to this belief that I attribute all my accomplishments till date and my passion to study further. Pursuit of excellence and knowledge has always been
Everyday, we use a plethora of products. From the toothbrush in the morning, to a fork during lunch and a pillow in the night. They all have one thing in common: they were made by engineers, engineers who have always asked the question “How to make products with the highest quality possible with the given resources?” This concept has fascinated me from the inception of my college days. This fascination along with my strong academic base makes me want to pursue Industrial and Systems Engineering for my graduate study.
It was during the final year of my under graduation that the above lines from Robert Frost’s “The Road not Taken” ran through my mind everyday as I kept thinking about my plans following the completion of my undergraduate studies. I had two choices – 1.To pursue graduate studies 2.To take up a job offer in many
I have always believed in the above adage which asks for more and more learning and I am applying for graduate studies in order to quench my thirst for knowledge. The most important reason for pursuing graduate studies is that it will raise me to a level of excellence where upon I would have the ability to impart knowledge, convince and innovate in my field.

At the dawn of the information age, to be young, as Wordsworth said in another context, is very heaven. The world’s need for Information Technology, and dependence of every sector on its sub domains, makes it paramount. Learning about Information Technology, helps us to stay ahead in the fast changing world. The United States has always been a pioneer in the field of Science and Technology. I am intrigued by the amount of research that goes on in the field of Information Technology in USA. This is the sole reasons I am keen on pursuing higher studies in United States.
Daniel J. Boorstin’s quote “Education is learning what you didn't even know you didn't know” very aptly sums up my intention and curiosity to learn and attain the required skill sets in my field of interest and particularly be familiar and thorough with the facts and basics that I didn’t know. As it is always said and also believed, “Known is a drop, unknown is an Ocean”, I would just love to take a small step to know the unknown in the field of Computer Science. As a prelude to my professional goals and ambitions, I draft this Statement of Purpose, elucidating the eligibility of my candidature to pursue my Master’s Program in the area of Computer Science at the prestigious University of
In today’s rapidly growing world technology is advancing in multiple folds, so to manage it in an efficient way is a need of an hour. In a constrained workplace management of the technology is inevitable. Since my academics, I have been driven by the wonders of science and technology around us and going forward I want to foster the skills to manage the technology oriented organizations. After completing my undergraduate in Industrial engineering I worked in managerial role in marketing department of technical products, so I realized the significance of both technology and management in globalized world. In order to hone my skills I recognized that engineering management is an apt course to equip me with required skillset. Engineering Management is a specialized form which is concerned with the application of engineering principles to business practice. It focuses on marketing, finance, law and business management; subjects which I

The beauty of computer science and computer engineering lies in the fact that even with the ever increasing number of notions and innovations in the field, there do exist lots of rooms for improvement and development and the current can’t and won’t stop. This caught my eyes as a teenager and helped me to realize the future and career that I would like to seek. A time when I first wanted to make a change and advance towards improving my abilities and expanding my limits, was when I was preparing for the entrance examinations of National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents of Iran for both my junior high and high school. These schools were de facto the best schools all around the country, so you might speculate the level of competition in these schools and the sheer amount of exacting work required to finish in the top 10% of the students. During this time, I really enjoyed working and studying linux and programming on my computer and I can’t forget the very fist moment that a simple game I made started to work correctly.
It is universally agreeable that with the advent of Computer technology, every ambitious and enthusiastic individual is really obsessed with the idea of doing computer science at graduate level because it seems to have created a zeal and enthusiasm in the hearts of youth, particularly those who aspire to be marked as high achievers. I, for one, seem to have been enchanted by these computer applications as they have made the world smaller, speaking in terms of globalization. I have no hesitation to add that core computerization alone is the suitable answer to all the areas unexploited and to the areas waiting for development. It has always been a fascination for me about how computers work, how these applications are designed and what can be the newer ways to explore the world of computers to make our world better. This interest became a passion for me when I was exposed to computer science basics, during my middle school. Pursuing computer science engineering at undergraduate level, further propelled my passion for computer science along with providing me a deeper insight and in-depth understanding of the subject. After completing my under graduation in Computer Science, I am willing to expedite my research interest and a masters degree seemed the most appropriate choice for realizing my aspirations.
