On 07/26/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 9635 West 71st Street for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Stephen Case who made the following statement. Stephen said on 07/25/2017 he parked his truck in the driveway with a Predator 8750 watt generator on a trailer. Stephen said at 8:00pm on 07/25/2017 the generator was still on the trailer. Stephen said on 07/26/2017 around 7:00am one of his workers noticed the generator was missing. Stephen said the strap on the generator had been cut to remove the generator. Stephen said he had cameras on his property and will review the video to see if the theft was on camera. Stephen said he was not sure if the cameras could see where the trailer was. Stephen said he did not have the serial number
On 01/06/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 14128 South 185th West Place for EMS assist with a male subject unresponsive.. Dispatch called while I was enroute to the assit and advised the male had passed away.
I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt spoke to a Steve Craine who stated on 06/06/2017 he saw a small silver SUV on his property. Steve stated the SUV was pulling a red 1970's model truck bed as a trailer. Steve stated he saw a white male drving and a female passenger. Steve stated the subjects were loading items from his property. Steve stated the subjects dropped all the items. Steve stated the subjects went to his neiybors Craig Chaffin's house at 25004 West 49th Street. Craig stated a female named Emma Hogen and a white male named Jerry came to his shop. Craig stated Emma and Jerry were trying to sell items out of a red truck bed. Craig stated Emma and Jerry wanted $300.00 dollars for the whole trailer full of property. Craig stated he paid Emma and Jerry $200.00 dollars and $100.00 was a check he wrote to Emma. Craig stated Emma and Craig left in a silve Geo Tracker SUV. I
Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
Deputy’s Assingment: I was dispatched to 17429 Maple Drive for a violation of protective order complaint. I arrived and spoke to Sarah Davis who, stated he husband violated the protective order on Christopher Leffler on Tursday, November 30th, 2017.
On 06/21/2016, I Deputy Daniel Pruitt a certified deputy with the Creek County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the Sapulpa Police department. I was advised a female was in custody and wanted to file a assault report.
On 02/26/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispacthed to 18525 South 80th West Aveune for a burglary in progress. I arrived on scene with Deputy John Arnold to locate the caller.
On 04/19/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 24010 West 105th Street South for a runaway complaint.
Deputy’s Assignment: I was dispatched to 10608 West 73rd Street on Monday, December 11th, 2017 for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Jimmy Holman who said his vehicle was broken into and items missing.
On 08/07/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 4975 Rocky Point Road for a curglary compalint.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
dispatched to 1406 Westgate Dr. by Dispatcher B. Coleman in reference to meeting with complainant (Johnathan Walker) in regards to his lost/stolen State of Georgia tag (PKS1067). Mr. J. Walker stated he traveled to his place of employment Walmart Wrightsboro Rd. Augusta Ga on January 30, 2016 at approximately 14:00 hrs, Mr.Walker advised me he departed from work at approximately 23:00 hrs, Mr. Walker advised me on his way home (1406 Westgate Dr.) he stopped at the Walmart in Waynesboro Ga. to pick up some items Mr. Walker stated after parking his vehicle at his resdience he noticed his licence plate appeared to be missing from the rear of his vehicle. Mr. J. Walker advised me he does not remember if his licence plate was attached to his vehicle
On 06/04/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to a juvnile compliant at 20503 West 81st Street. I spoke to Clayton Smith who stated he got into an argument with his parents Holly Brown abd Timothy Smith.
On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:40pm, Officer Lucas Griffin and I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to 902 West Lincoln Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, in reference to a business alarm. Upon arrival I witnessed a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing license plate number ZTC679. I checked the vehicle and it was locked; however, I noticed the car was warm, as if the car had just been parked in the parking lot. I also noticed the back door of the business was opened. Officer Griffin and I checked the inside of the room; however, there was no door in the back room where you could enter the business. While checking the inside of the room we noticed damage to the tiles on the ceiling. I advised
