In regards to the upcoming exam I am truly unsure. I feel as though I am prepared and have practiced by completing all of the assignments on ALEKS, doing the reading and attending lecture, doing the practice problems in the books and going CleRC for help and clarification as needed. However, I still need to do more preparation in regards to completing the practice exam and getting help if needed. I feel decently prepared for the exam, but I am truly unsure about the testing style and what it will actually be like. I achieved clarity in regards to stoichiometry when I went in to CleRC and got help. The TA aided me in focusing since I tend to get overwhelmed by problems when there is a lot of information. He told to write everything I know
In college, a nurse must take certain mathematics classes for preparation of the job. Firstly, a nurse must be able to perform basic calculations. This includes using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as fractions and decimals on a daily basis. Furthermore, a nurse should be skilled in calculating conversions. They have conversion tables memorized, which allows them to convert measurements. Stoichiometry, a branch of chemistry, focuses on the concept of balancing chemical equations and conversions. Nurses use stoichiometry in drug calculations. College algebra is based on line equations, algebraic expressions, and polynomial functions, which is why many institutions
The first test was really demanding and it is a bit hard to understand the instructor. As a result, I failed it. Now I will go to the instructor's office hours and ask for help to do better in the next test
Question of the day: What is the stoichiometric ratio of reactions in the chemical synthesis of the (2, 4-pentanedianato) iron (III) complex ion?
This practice exam covers a selection of the types of questions that may be asked in the
class, and reviewed the notes. It was tough at first, but I gradually started to understand the topics more. I did
The exam has 17 sections and 763 questions you have to score a 85% to pass the exam. You have to take the exam online. You have 45 access days to complete the exam. The exam is open book. If you fail the exam you can retake the exam. The 1st two times will be free. Each year you have to submit 15 continuing education units (CEUS) to extend your credential for another year. It's important to take this exam because if you want to be apart of the medical field specifically mailing, billing you will have to take this exam.
All questions on the examination will come from the lectures (Topics I – X) and the assigned chapters and parts of chapters in the textbook. To help frame the questions for you, they will be organized under the same main headings and subheadings used in the Lecture Notes. The only exceptions will be a few subheadings that pertain to material covered only in the text. Under each heading will be a mix of true-false and multiple-choice questions, and possibly a few analogies, with all answers to be recorded on a scantron sheet. Along with
The following are study questions for the examination. The examination will be a closed-book examination.
Please note that discussing the exam on the BB, by email, phone or other means are not allowed. Exam has to be done on your own.
Later in the course it became less about taking notes and more about actually working through packets and learning the information on our own. I think the latter was the best way for me to learn especially when I’m the one figuring out how to do it. Anyone can take notes and memorize steps, but actually living the experience of doing the work just seemed the best way for me to understand the process of finding
I have read an understood the description given above concerning the test. I volunteer to
The quiz was fairly easy. I read though the documents a couple of times and I managed to get a 19/20. We did get a couple of extra days to study due to snow days and delays. This was in terms of support was somewhat slow. Most of the problems were just as simple as a force shutdown. Also, I helped Mrs. Chase startup the desktops for the PLTW rooms as well as getting the serial numbers off each laptop in the vault.
Not only that but I have started the process for becoming a GBI special agent. I have been qualified to take the GBI exam, which I am, schedule to take it October 8, 2016. I do not know what to expect on the exam but I am really nervous. This is something that I really want and I am scared that I may not do as well as I know I can do. I have been searching the Internet to see if I can find ways to help me get ready for this exam. Tomorrow I will try to contact Human Resources to see if they can tell me how to prepare for the exam rather than going in there not knowing what to expect. The do tell you the subject areas which are observation/memory, reading comprehension, reasoning/problem-solving/decision-making, and written communication. The time length is 3 hours and a total of 70 questions. This is a job that I can see myself doing for a long period of
Stoichiometry has many uses in the real world. In the chemical industry and in professional scientific experiments, scientists use stoichiometry to save money. Scientists use stoichiometric calculations to determine the amount of a substance they need to purchase for a specific reaction. There are four possible reactions that can occur when sodium bicarbonate thermally decomposes. In this lab, stoichiometry was used to find out which balanced chemical equation out the four best represents the thermal decomposition of sodium bicarbonate.
This is very intimidating because unlike maths where one learns set formulas and methods of solution one does not have a clue what to study because of the vast topics that general knowledge covers. This is however not the way that you should approach this test because you will be setting yourself up for failure.
