1. SUMMARY
This paper aims to evaluate the industry of Nestle and understand how the company develops strategic intent of their business organizations, external and internal business environments are to be analyzed. The strategic management process will also analyzed to understand how the company achieved strategic competitiveness and how it earned above average returns. The strategy formulation that includes business level strategy and corporate level strategy is to be analyzed as well as to identify the market place opportunities and threats of the external environments and how to use its internal environments to pursue opportunities and eliminate threats. SWOT analysis and Porter’s analysis are the tools of this study. Following the analysis are the future strategy and personal recommendations about Nestle will fit themselves to further enlighten the performance of their business.
