Strength and Weaknesses
Every individual has personal strengths and weaknesses that show his or her life in a positive or negative way. Everyone has to understand and be able to use his strengths and weakness in a good way to succeed in life. Our everyday life, whether at work or at home is affected by how we use our strengths and weakness. We can improve our strengths and work on our weakness to achieve positive goals in life. The most successful people know that by working on their weaknesses can bring significant results. I learn more and more about my strengths and weaknesses everyday. I was raised in a big, held together family with family

I have not let these weaknesses change me as a person. I also take some things too serious when I should not. In personal relationships and work, I have realized that I get too much involved in things that do not require all my focus and energy. I have let simple, unimportant things affect me in a negative way. I am trying to take things easy and not let simple things bother me. I also have a bad memory. This has
In addition to my personal challenges my personal strengths interfer. A personal strength I have is talking , I love sharing my opinion. Another personal strength I have is giving good advice because I love helping people solve their problem or help make their lives easier. Lastly another personal strength I have is just listening because I am a good person to vent to because I don’t judge. Therefore I always spread positivity and lean a hand.
Based on the Clifton Strengths Assessment my top five strengths are strategic, deliberative, learner, maximize and individualization. As an individual, I rarely look into my weakness. I believe that when your too focused on your weakness, you forget about your strengths. Everything the book said is true, and we need to take the time to look at our strengths and make it perfect. It is true that in this world or the school system, we are taught to look at our weakness and correct it so that we can become stronger in our life. This book brings out the truth that I longed to hear for a long time. Invariably, I hear my professor tell their students that for them success in life, they must practice and look at our weakness. This book proves it wrong because for us to become successful, we must stay to our strengths’ path.
When it comes to my strengths and weaknesses I can always give more weaknesses then strengths but I find that is always good to think of a lot of weaknesses as then you are always developing, Below I have put some of my strengths and weaknesses
The strength and weakness for women and men was used the their advantage or disadvantage some weakness through my experience were lack of motivation, limit skills, lack of will power, substance abuse, pregnancies, financial stains, timing, and life changes altering plans. Strengths were will power, motivation, positive influences, growth developments, exposure to diversified culture, higher education, support systems. Those whom chose to self-sacrifice themselves overcome obstacles reached their goals. Those who work hard knowing one day they would see the big picture realized the success or
While there are many similarities between the terms - talents and strengths - there is a slight difference between them. Talents on one hand are not as build-able, as strengths are. Talents - as for a sprint racer for his running speed - can be improved upon, since the primary talent to run fast already exists in the person. Strengths on the other hand - like integrity, kindness, humility and optimism can be built even on non-existent foundations. With enough practice, good teaching, persistence and dedication, strengths can take deep roots within us, and help us flourish.
Being able to recognize my own strengths and weaknesses has help me become a better person in everything I have chosen to do in life. One of my strengths would be patience. This strength has lead me on a less stressful path to raising my seven-year-old son. When dealing with my son, whether it is during game time or school work, patience on my behalf makes me have self-control and not get anxious or become irritated. One of my weakness I would have to say is public speaking. Thanks to the speech class I took in college, I have learned to hide my fear while doing a presentation in front a big group of people, even though I begin to blush and I break
Reflections on your personal strengths and weaknesses in terms of leadership and communication. Knowing how to advocate for clients by being assertive is a personal strength. By standing your ground, making needs known, and willing to present a subject that may be uncomfortable makes it a personal strength. Determining when to and when not to advocate for clients is a weakness. As an advocate you should be prepared to advocate for the clients wellbeing. Being able to negotiate is a weakness. Negotiation allows the employer to see how much of an asset you are to their organization.
How these strengths can help you be successful – that I am up for anything
I am flawed with many weaknesses but I am also equipped with many strengths as well. My strengths consist of being an organized and hardworking. Science and history are two areas I excel in. Science is one of my strengths because I can learn about a range of topics and be able to see how they all work in a sense. History is another strong point I have mostly due to the fact the past is
For instance, I excel in completing the details and lasting effects of a program. However, when it comes to public speaking, I know there is always room for personal improvement. From taking Foundations of Speech to attending two liberal arts colleges who constantly required presentations and public speaking, I have become much more confident in my ability to speak in public. I believe that knowing individual strengths and weaknesses will be important in optimizing and perfecting the work I would accomplish with your company. Giving up on a project or accepting failure is not my route to success. Rather, I tend to be the person who is always looking to learn from my mistakes so that I may solidify and increase my personal leadership
Had my own weakness in school and early college days. May be because of my daydreaming even while I was reading out loud, or may be because of my lack of concentration. Had the will to learn more, but did not know the method. Therefore, used to spend a lot of time studying without understanding it.
As humans, and particularly individuals, we all have personal strengths that we bring to our interactions with others as well as areas that perhaps need some more time and attention in order to improve upon them. In this journal, I’ll be focusing on four areas of strength I believe I have, as well as four areas the require further growth and personal change.

Fear and weakness these are two main reasons behind our unsuccessful life. Fear of facing people and fear of exposing our weakness. It doesn’t allow us to do things that we wholeheartedly want to do.
As learned in class, Strengths reflect “Our natural capacity for behaving, thinking or feeling in a way that energizes us and allows optimal functioning in the pursuit of valued outcomes.” Whether people realize it or not, strengths are part of our identity. Most of the time people are unable to see their personal strength simply because are focusing too much on their weaknesses. In other cases it can be due to family and peer pressure, who made them believe that they are just nobody, good for nothing, they allowed external influences to cut off their wings, their abilities to explore and put into practice what they are able to do. It is important for all humans to understand that life is all about a learning experience. Through our experiences, we are able to recognize what we are good at as well as the things we are not so good at, by reflecting on ourselves we have higher chances of becoming better
