Strengths are the actions that someone can do better while a person's weaknesses are that defective quality of a person. This paper seeks to bring into light the strengths and weaknesses that an MBA student could be having and the areas which I the student needs to improve on. Some of the strengths include being genuinely concerned about others, Being hardworking, being enthusiastic. Some of the weaknesses include perceiving other people the way I feel not the way the person is, making a decision to make others happy, less honest to avoid conflicts (Seligman, 2015). Hurry to make project finished, quick in making decision without proper judgement. To begin with, the strengths, as an MBA student and an internship employee on of my strength …show more content…
This because hard work makes them achieve most if not all objectives that they set. Likewise, the quality of hard work has played a significant role in me. This is because through hard work I can organize and follow through all parts of the projects that I have put in place to ensure that I achieve the objectives of the plan. It is through hard work that I recruit others from the organization to join the projects that I always come up with. Additionally, hard work has made me productive since these projects have always achieved their aims. The weaknesses Some of the weaknesses that I have as a student are mentioned above include perceiving others the way I feel but not the way those particular people are. This is to say that I do not accept the strengths and weaknesses of other people. Mostly the weak points. This comes up mostly during my projects. When assigning duties to members, I do that without considering the capabilities of other people. I usually assume that every can do a particular thing in a better way just like I can. This has been a greater challenge to me since I end up giving some people difficult things that overwhelm them and so they end up not performing the tasks to the expected level. Another weakness is that I often make decisions to make other people happy (Shaw et al., 20116). This is an indication that I am often not honest in my decision. Many are the times where
Each of us possess personal characteristic strengths that makes each of us unique. As individuals these strengths allow us to add value to all of our relationships both personally and professionally. For many of us, we can recognize the characteristics and how they add value to lives, unfortunately though many of us will struggle voicing these strengths openly during job interviews, performance evaluations, or team meetings. One of the first challenges is to understand that we are all lifelong learners and it is through these experiences that we develop these strengths which allows us to become an essential part of a relationship whether it is a personal or professional relationship. As within the realm of a Human Resource Professional the ability to recognize these strengths in people we must also recognize them within ourselves so that we may leverage those skills to advocate for both the employee and the organization. Throughout my life, my strengths have tended to gain more clarity and centered on my profession because form many of the majority of our time is spent there. Some of my personal characteristics that will bring value and strength to any organization are: organization, communication, the ability to be discrete and ethical, conflict management/problem solving and change management. As in many organization HR management requires a very orderly approach. Throughout my
Other strengths that I exhibit include being structured, responsible, articulate, task-oriented, determined, confident, effective planner, visionary, and possessing the ability to manage resources effectively. Being structured allows me to set parameters that we can all work within to achieve the overall company goals. Structure builds bonds and a sense of cohesiveness in the workplace. This type of unity will be necessary for the success of the organization. We can all work towards common goals if clear goals are outlined for everyone. The other strengths will all work together as well.
I have a few weaknesses when it comes to school. One of my weaknesses is nervousness. I tend to get nervous when it’s time to take a test. Another weakness is thinking I will not succeed. I am always afraid that I will fail, and not move forward. I seem to always second guess myself when it comes to writing a paper or speaking in front a room full of people. I am working on each of my weaknesses.
Weaknesses I have had difficulty on is having to write essays. Every time my teachers assign me work to perform that involves writing an essay for instance, I tend to get frustrated. I would often spend hours trying to craft an idea on what to write about and how I should word it in my essay. An additional problem is when I read the paper to myself and looks fine, but when I turn the paper over to someone else, they do not find the point I was trying to convey. Then, I would have to verbally express the key ideas or meaning of the essay. My next two weaknesses are the ones that I still continue to kind of struggle. Those weaknesses are not finding the right words to write and being easily

By standing your ground, making needs known, and willing to present a subject that may be uncomfortable makes it a personal strength. Determining when to and when not to advocate for clients is a weakness. As an advocate you should be prepared to advocate for the clients wellbeing. Being able to negotiate is a weakness. These mistakes are the core to my weakness as a person. More than often, I overestimate my workload and take on too many responsibilities that at times causes me stress and inconvenience. Not being able to correctly judge work I need to put into each project at times clouded my judgements. “She is too a realist and realizes and understands that some weaknesses are positive if we embrace them because they allow us to become dependent upon our friends, family and teachers.” I have never allowed my weaknesses to make me feel insecure or intimidated; I listen, observe and serve with an entrepreneurial mindset. I have learned to not only listen to what others have to say, but also ask focused questions to determine how I can later use that knowledge, grow in my knowledge of myself and contribute to those around me.I have held significant leadership roles on campus including president of freshman class, president of the speech and debate club and team leader in sea perch competitions, these activities have not defined my true value as a leader. “She is intellectually curious, socially responsible and demonstrates daily the moral character required to serve in key leadership positions during her 4 years at

Current strengths: My punctuality is excellent, for example I am up to date with my diary and my class attendance is excellent.
My most outstanding quality is my ability to handle adversity. Adversity is something that comes at different times and in different sizes. One common theme is that adversity/obstacles always happen when you do not expect it. My ability to take obstacles as they come and handle them responsibly and in a mature manner, is what makes me a strong person/leader. My characteristic that I perceive as my personal weakness is being too closed off. I do not make decisions using my emotions, instead I use logic and reasoning. This is not always a good thing when dealing with people, and it is something that I am capable of working on and improving. In my experience, being closed off is not something you change in a blink of an eye. In order to compensate
I also have some weaknesses. Sometimes I don’t like seeing other options, but mine, and I will try to win debates or issues with my own vision. I don’t really express my emotions, and I don’t have much trouble crushing other people’s sensitivities when there are other people around.
Everyone has a weakness and mine happens to be learning from mistakes and experiences. The way that I typically learn is by making a mistake and
