Talking to the server at any given restaurant, asking the teacher for a bathroom pass, or even getting up to throw something away at lunch. I had a really hard time talking to people or having attention drawn to me. I couldn’t communicate with anyone, and every time I was left alone I always thought something would happen. I would always worry about drawing too much attention, or looking a certain way, or getting the worst possible outcome no matter what I try to do. I thought that all of my fears were dumb and that I was being over dramatic about everything. I was always worrying about something, and it was futile. I got nowhere making myself worry

Now one thing is clear that anxiety is before nothing and that makes it different from fear. it is different from fear because fear has an object. In the case of fear through definitive measures one can remove that particular object of fear but in case of anxiety in the case of angst, no such definitive measures are possible. Because there is no particular object to remove. We are free to choose and also responsible of our decision and have to face the consequences of that decision. On Friday September 15th starting at 10:05pm and lasting until I went to sleep, I experienced anxiety as a result of the nervousness I was feeling about taking the LSAT the next day for the first time. Where I was when this emotion took place was in my hotel room in Etobicoke, I also was not alone when I experienced this anxiety, I was with my boyfriend. This was beneficial as he was able to calm the anxiety to a degree. The anxiety and nervousness started when I began to prepare everything for tomorrow morning, this included the gathering of my documentation and the several pieces ID necessary to take the test. The anxiety continued to get worse as I set out my clothing and necessary supplies for the exam. The thoughts that went through my mind as I experienced this nervousness was concerns over my documentation, hoping there wasn’t going to be any issues with my admission ticket and the types of identification I chose to use. I also thought about how well I expect myself to perform tomorrow and the tremendous amount of pressure that I had been placing on myself up until this point in hopes that I would be able to get early acceptance into law school. As a result of this anxiety I find it increasingly difficult to take my mind off of the exam, I experienced trembling and an increased heart rate. These symptoms then impacted my ability to sleep that night as I found it difficult to both fall asleep and stay asleep.
