As a student counselor, I spend most of my time helping and mentoring students. This gives me ample opportunities to explore every student’s learning capabilities in real time situations. Mukesh Ghimire is a great learner and successfully implements all the knowledge when needed at work. I am pleased to have such a good student to help me conduct all the indoor and outdoor events, our school has initiated. We have conducted many social service camps in rural places in Nepal, to help the people in need.
I have always admired his sportsmanship and his volunteering spirit and also witnessed his participation changing into leadership practices. I still remember when I randomly asked him about why he volunteers in almost every program in the college, and his answer left me with more questions about the way he presented himself at that moment. He said, ‘ I, working as a volunteer not just help the program run smoothly but I am on a mission to help other volunteer get inspired,

He has a very comfortable group to work along with and the teachers always admire his overall growth. He has lived most of the values preached by the college. He practices collaboration with all the stake holders as he initiates any program, he has also exhibited higher degree of integrity as he gets involved in any processes required. I believe he has grown into someone very dedicated and evolved with time and I am sure he would continue to live the values he has earned out of his experiences. I am sure he would continue to hold the strong commitment he often express to come back to the Nepal and help the nation grow in technology and any other field that need his intervention. I hold no doubt for the university to own a gem by accepting his application and pursue mutual growth. I believe in all his potential and wish him all the best in his further
By allowing himself to be open to others, he is able to being an icon of this organization to those in need. While he stood out in many events, one that clearly illustrates his kindness was during a Headliners event, where he was not even a member, but he stepped up in their time of need when they were short of volunteers, and with a smile, he picked up supplies, and stayed for the whole event until tear down. Peer mentoring is one of a range of peer support frameworks used in schools where students provide support to other students. Peer mentoring provides an alternative avenue of support by offering support from the peer group rather than adults. Research has shown that students respond well to peer mentors and feel a connection with someone that is closer to their age and more closely connected to the experience of high school. The mentors serve in a dichotomous role as older more experienced source of support that one can turn to for advice and guidance, while simultaneously serving as a friend and peer that one can relax and have fun with. This is a role that many times adult mentors cannot fulfill, which makes peer mentoring unique and sometimes
He mentioned that he is truly honored and grateful that he was able to receive the HSF scholarship because it gave him hope of pursuing a post-secondary education. He said that he applied to countless of scholarships; however,
One thing I believe is a necessity in growing up is having a mentor. Having a mentor is, not only, beneficial for the mentee but also the mentor. Being a mentor is a learning experience for everyone participating, it helps people grow as a person and friendships are created when a bond if formed. Some people might think it's a waste of time for a child or that it'll never work out for a troubled delinquent but based on the research I've done, I have proven them wrong. Through-out this paper I will provide the pros and cons of mentoring and how they affect both mentor and mentee. To back up my proposal that mentoring is supporting, I will supply examples to answer the question: Is mentoring really important?
Hunter would be an asset to the Bellarmine community because of his athletic talents and his commitment to service. Hunter has played on the St. Lucy’s basketball and football teams. He also participates in a number of club teams including baseball, soccer, and golf. Hunter’s sportsmanship is shown in the classroom with his positive attitude. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to participate when others are not. Hunter hopes to continue to play sports at Bellarmine and I know he would be an asset to the any team. Hunter is dedicated to service this is shown in his numerous service projects. He is a member of the Helping Hearts club at St. Lucy, this club helps to assist the Campus Ministry team. The "mentor-student future planning club" is the club that I would create if I had the ability to . In this club teachers with previous experience in other careers than their own will be mentoring groups of children that know what they want to do with their future. Students who are already driven to go to one career will be taught more in depth about said career by the teacher that has done it before or on the side of teaching. Many student these days know what they want to do when they "grow" up since they remember, but some not as fortunate as them are not quite positive of what they want their futures to have in store.
He readily shared what he had learned when he returned to campus. Despite the age difference (6 to 8 years), I found Stanley to be held in high regard by his peers and indeed there was close cooperation instead of a coldness often accorded excellent students.
Get M.A.D. Global is exactly how we at Get M.A.D. intend to be, global. As we are intending to be established outside of South Carolina as the leader in mentoring solutions for all, we will be planning to extend our services globally. Our overall focus is mentoring! What is mentoring and why is it important? By understanding mentoring and why it’s important we will be able to formulate a mentoring methodology for our mentoring development program. This is important because, not only is mentoring important here in the United States, it’s equally important in other parts of the world.
Your primary mentor is blank and your secondary mentor is blank. They are both very excited to meet you tonight. I have copied both mentors in this email so feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions.

I am applying for the Academic Mentor/Tutor position at ESM Prep. I love tutoring and teaching as I feel it is a good way to help students learn and grow. Sometimes, the classroom can be too overwhelming for some students. Tutoring can really help them polish the skills they learn and feel more confident about the material. I feel that I am good for this job because not only do I have experience tutoring, but I also have a good grasp on many of the materials covered by the SAT and ACT. I have taken the PSAT and SAT exam several times and have helped my brother prepare for the ACT. I know these tests and what the students need to be successful. My goal as a tutor and a mentor is to help these students as much as possible. I want to perfect their skills, shape their knowledge, and prepare them for these tests so that they can succeed and get into the college of their dreams.
The significance of the mentor-protégé relationship involves the educational, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual development based on a high degree of mutual affection and trust between mentor and mentor-protégé. Also, the mentors fulfill both career and psychosocial functions (Greenhaus, Callanan, & Godshalk, 2010, p. 212).
I am a confident and respectful individual whom approaches life in a very enthusiastic and optimistic manner. I know I can give my time and service to the program in any beneficial way. I have traveled and connected with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have ventured out and personally aided individuals from all parts of the United States from places such as North Carolina, Florida, New York, Texas, California, Arizona, and countries in Africa whether it be food and clothing donations or one-on-one volunteer interaction. I am typically willing to support my community by any means necessary. Whether it be that I wake up early to feed those less fortunate or it be that I mentor adolescences to further their academic careers. I know I can bring an encouraging and
As part of my introduction, I would like to mention that my research project is about mentoring where I have chosen ‘questioning’ as my strategy. In this report, I will discuss in detail about my ‘Mentoring through Questioning’, which is a key for my research project report. Here, I will cover the project’s context in which it was set, my aims and focus of the project, my justification on why I have chosen mentoring through questioning and the types of questions being used during this project, in support of the relevant literature. And then eventually, I will mention about the interactive sessions between a mentor and mentee, the reflection or the perspectives, specifying the self-analysis as well as the required feedback from mentee as part of the research strategy. Later, I will conclude this report by mentioning about the effectiveness of mentoring sessions and the future actions planned for my skills development.
