ON JULY 28TH 2015, AT OR ABOUT 1407 HOURS, I WAS DISPATCHED TO 2201 MONROE STREET, HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA, IN REFERENCE TO A RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE.
WHILE OFFICER GIBBONS WAS CONDUCTING ROUTINE PATROL, HIS VEHICLES LO-JACK SYSTEM LOCATED A VEHICLE IN THE ABOVE LOCATION THAT WAS PLACED INTO FCIC/NCIC AS STOLEN. PLEASE NOTE, A LO-JACK IS A STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY SYSTEM OPERATED DIRECTLY BY POLICE TO ASSIST IN THE TRACKING & RECOVERY OF STOLEN CARS, TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES ETC.
THE VEHICLE WAS FOUND AT THE ABOVE LOCATION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT. AN NCIC/FCIC CHECK OF THE LICENSE PLATE REVEALED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN FACT STOLEN OUT OF HOLLYWOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN OUT OF NCIC/FCIC AS STOLEN AND PUT IN AS RECOVERED BY TELETYPE
I made contact with the vehicle bearing a Florida tag of HDCD43. I confirmed via dispatch that the vehicle was listed as stolen in FCIC / NCIC. I then attempted to make contact with the registered owner via agency cell phone with no results. I then went to the listed address of the registered owner and made contact with the owner and advised him that vehicle had been recovered. I provided the registered owner a courtesy ride back to the scene.

On Sunday, 04/29/2018, at approximately 1024 hours, I was in full police uniform, driving a marked Daly City Police patrol vehicle. I was driving south on Sullivan Avenue, north of the interstate 280 south on ramp. At that time my attention was drawn to a gray, 2015, Volkswagen, Passat bearing California license #5TUF434. I saw the vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. I conducted a records check on the computer in my patrol vehicle and it revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Oakland.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16

On 12/17/15, a report was made with PCSO at 9524 Bamboo Ln. Jacksonville, AR in reference to a Commercial Burglary at Grindley Pools. Investigators responded to the scene and processed the scene. Inv. Reyer made contact with Mr. Jason Morgan a manager for Grindley Pools, who stated that during the theft a 2002 white chevy pickup (VIN# 1GCH29172E2466246) was taken.
On the above date and time Officer tactuk and I responded to 6105 Cheers Drive, reference a theft.
In summary, on 07/23/16 at 2123 hours I was dispatched to 5919 W. Ogden Ave. in regards to a Hit and Run. I received information via Dispatch that the striking vehicle (Gold Chevy IL 1758010B) was parked at 5919 W Ogden Avenue.
This officer responded to Priced Rite Tree Service in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, this officer contacted Middleborn, who advised they just noticed their 1988 Chevrolet black pickup was missing. Middleborm advised the vehicle was stolen sometime within the last 3-4 days. Middleborn stated an employee was supposed to take the vehicle in for repairs. Middleborn stated he called the company and learned the vehicle was never dropped off. Middleborn stated he spoke with his employee and learned the employee thought the vehicle was already in for repairs and did not check with anyone.
On 10/23/17 Det. Coleman and I went to Belk`s to speak the reporting person, Jerome Stover. I asked with Mr. Stover if he was familiar with a previous larceny with similar circumstance`s (2017-01479). Stover was familiar with the larceny but stated that these were separate individuals. The suspects in this case did get into a vehicle fitting the same description as the above listed OCA as well as similar property taken. After speaking with Mr. Stover, Det. Coleman and I went to Food Lion to attempt to locate a vehicle fitting the suspect vehicle description on their video surveillance. I arrived at the location which was an oil lease site on 33rd west have half a mile south of 151st Street. I located a red Ferris riding lawn mower just inside the propery next to the road. I contacted dispatch to run a records check on the lawn mower. The model number (IS1500ZKAV194) reported stolen on 04/09/2017 case number (0600-17) and the NCIC number was (A354237148). I contacted the owner Johnny Jones to advise him that the lawn mower was located. Johnny stated he would be enroute to pick up the lawn mower. Johnny arrived and took possession of the lawn mower. Upon arrival, I spoke to David Lister (involed party) who stated that he located a 2015 blue Kia Optima VIN#KNAGM4A75F5590940 which entered stolen from East Brunswick. Lister stated that Rozia Mosley (suspect) from 4207 Birchwood Ct rented that vehicle from U-Save Rental Company and she was contracted to return the vehicle on June 14, 2015 but she never came to returned the vehicle. Lister stated that his boss Charles Weachock (reporting person) reported the vehicle stolen at East Brunswick Police Department on June 23, 2015 at approximately 1233 hrs because Mosley never answered her phone call since June 14, 2015.
