Symone has started to take the lazy route with following the scripting & protocols with attempting to capture the NAPE. She has a pleasant tone and she is kind with the callers, but all at the cost of not attempting to properly document the calls. It also appears that Symone does this at an average of 4 times a day and this is shown in the screenshot attached. Symone needs to work attempting the NAPE process prior to giving out information, using the phonetic spelling with the provided letters, capturing accurate station information, and following the scripts that have been provided.
On March 29, 2017 at approximately 8:11 PM I, Deputy Bowring, was dispatched to 2896 FM 2088 Quitman, Texas in reference to a subject found hanging in a tree but was still breathing.

Shyheem and his mother met at the East end Office for the ID intake. Shyheem graduated 2 years ago from Henrico High School; currently he is 19 years old. His mother explained that since he graduated he withdraws from social interactions and been hospitalized for hallucinations. Within the same time frame he and the family are grieving over the loss of his Grandfather. Intake Support Coordinator suggested grief counseling for the family because both became remorseful during the discussion. Shyheem was very quite during the intake. He spoke when spoken to but in a low tone with his head down; this made it difficult to hear
Another possible intervention I would have made to help Izzie was to recommend a different program aside from Family House. As a professional, it is expected that social workers would be aware about the policies of the facility and be astute and prudent enough to anticipate that Izzie’s eldest son will not be allowed to stay in the facility. It is the responsibility of the social worker to make recommendations appropriate to a case in relation to what services and facilities are available within a state (Barrow and Lawinski, 2009). I would have realized that separating Izzie from her eldest son would only make it difficult for the family and I would have made an effort to choose a facility that can both provide the therapy Izzie needed and
This is Pam’s third week on the phone and she does a decent job with the verification & order protocols, only having a few inconsistencies. She is kind with the callers, but she needs to be mindful of her interjections for call control. Pam can show improvement with saying the opening script once the call has been answered, accessing & searching information quicker, and capturing accurate station information. Also she needs to work on using the phonetic spelling more often.
I presented Esteban’s case during case consultation because I noticed that I had countertransference when doing his intake. My expectation when presenting this case was to receive feedback that would help me to provide effective treatment to Esteban without my countertransference affecting his treatment. This section of the paper will talk about the feedback I received about my countertransference and how to support Esteban.
Debroah does well with capturing the NAPE and following a script, however this comes at a cost many times to the caller. She will interrupt and phrase words that come across rude at times. She has been brought over to training to listen to one call imparticular and did apologize for her rude behavior. Deborah needs to listen to her her callers and not have a tunnel vision of capturing the information and not letting anyone disrupt that path. She has had a couple of q.c. errors on protocols as well. She has a good heart and wants to do well, but she must learn to develop kind customer service skills in any situation that she faces. Overall, she is a good agent.
During the 1970s, an experimental economic project, called Mincome, was conducted in the province of Manitoba, Canada. Mincome, which stands for minimum income, provided citizens in the town of Dauphin with an annual income that was funded by both the federal and provincial governments. The program, which lasted roughly for five years, sought to assess the impact that a guaranteed annual income would have in society. A final report of the experiment was never released, but the basis of the project is a topic that many economic sociologists find highly debateable; should government implement a universal basic income, which would guarantee a minimum income for every citizen regardless of the status of their employment?
Swisher Systems Corporation (SSC) is an industrial heating company that was established in 1949 (W.C. Benton, 2010). Another great example of effort by Greg to be a team player. While much effort is needed to test strategies proposed by Anthony Wile and the OWSOX team, very few are found to be feasible for the OWSOX portfolio. Continued collaboration and open communication is needed as more ideas are likely to be develop by both teams going forward.
You are working in the internal medicine clinic of a large teaching hospital. Today your first patient is 70-year-old J.M, a man who has been coming to the clinic for several years for management of CAD and HTN. A cardiac catheterization done a year ago showed 50% stenosis of the circumflex coronary artery. He has had episodes of dizziness for the past 6 months and orthostatic hypotension, shoulder discomfort, and decreased exercise tolerance for the past 2 months. On his last clinic visit 3 weeks ago, a CXR showed cardiomegaly and a 12-lead ECG showed sinus tachycardia with left bundle branch block. You review his morning blood work and initial assessment.
Tribridge already had email, Instant messenger, Share point where people can connect and discuss their issues. Chris
I would assume that even if his attendance increased, he was offering a lower price so he wouldn’t be bringing in as much money to increase the total revenue, along with the price of tickets dropping I would assume that his revenue dropped.
1.) Stan is a very troubled young man. His real problems come from his extremely low self-esteem. This stemmed from his childhood. During his childhood his whole family contributed to his current issues. His mother shattered his view of women due to the fact she dominated his father and Stan himself. Next, Stan describes his father as “…weak, passive, and mousy…” in which Stan seems to image himself after. Also, Stan was in the shadows of his two brothers and one sister. He was the “black sheep” of the family and his parents let him know that with hurtful words. His family is the main root for his problems, as he got older the issues compounded. An example of this is his ex-wife who had the same tendencies to
