Not many people know what the US. Constitution says, nor what the US. Constitution defends. I feel as though the Constitution supports and defends US. citizens in many ways that can benefit all who reside within the US. Throughout history people with higher power than the majority of that nation's population, there have been incidents where people have police enter their home without their consent or permission. The fourth amendment of the US. Constitution states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place …show more content…
It also states that if this was to ever happen there must be a statement saying that there is a specific need for that soldier to be there while a certain matter is happening. This is important to me in the regards that if there was to be a war or anything similar to the matter, i would not have to worry about someone walking into my home saying that they are going to need this space for them to stay while they fight, or do some sort of planning. This is great for landowners because they will have complete control over if any Army/Military personnel need to occupy their property at any/all times.
There are many other amendments that help to protect a person’s opinions and beliefs such as the first amendment, which states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”3 To me this means that there is not going to be a law that forbids people from practicing their religion and/or beliefs. This also means that the government won't be able to prevent any new stations or private accounts from saying

If you want to know how the constitution protects us against tyranny then read this paper. In these paragraphs I will tell you about three different ways the U.S. constitution protects us against tyranny. Here are some important details I think you should know. The constitution was written in September, 1787, someone named James Madison wrote the constitution, and the constitution was written in Philadelphia. The U.S. constitution protects us against tyranny by separation of powers, checks and balances, and congressional representation.
The Fourth Amendment provides, "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The US second amendment protects citizens’ right to keep and bear arms. This constitutional provision has brought forth positive and negative implications on social life in the US. The implication of the law is that every person deemed fit under the law is allowed to buy guns of all types and ammunition without limitation. This is a controversial concept in modern democracy. Guns are the cause of most violent crimes and lead to the death of millions around the world. Every war that has been fought in the 20th and 21st centuries has led to investments of billions in the development of better and more effective guns. Every modern conflict, regardless of the geographical location has been fueled by the availability of guns. Businesses that manufacture and sell guns in the US make billions in profits. These profits cannot possibly justify the millions of deaths around the world.

All Americans are entitled to their rights. The Fourth Amendment states that we the people have to deny search and seizures from law enforcement without a warrant. The fourth amendment generally prohibits police from entering a home without a warrant unless the circumstances fit an established exception to the warrant requirement. According to the book The Constitution: Our Written Legacy by Joseph A. Melusky, the Fourth Amendment gives the right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Although we are entitled to these rights, police sometimes use and abuse their authority. In many cases, the Fourth Amendment has helped prove the innocence of one’s actions.

The United States Constitution protects the rights of every U.S. citizen from every background, culture or religion. Here are some of the rights and responsibilities that every citizen should exercise and respect to ensures that America continues to be a free and prosperous nation.
The First Amendment states Congress will have no right to prohibit or create laws against free speech, press, or religion. This documents in written word that all forms of speech and press are legal in the United States. Therefore,
The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized (Fourth Amendment). The text of the Fourth Amendment does not define exactly what “unreasonable search” is. The framers of the constitution left the words “unreasonable search” open in order for the Supreme Court to interpret. Hence, by looking at
