Every nations and communities has its own cultures and they are different from each other, here are the differences in the parameters between my culture which is influenced by Vietnamese culture and the USA's culture.

Since Vietnam is a high-context culture, Vietnamese like to take time to build relationship with their partners and dislike to openly speak out their real thought, instead, people prefer to use non-verbal signals such as eyes movements, head nods to reflect their thought and behaviors. If an individual is too direct, he or she will be considered as disrespect for other persons’ perceptivity and intelligence. On the other side, American is low-context culture which sense that American are direct and frankly, they do not afraid to spelling out what is on their mind verbally. So when the representatives corporate, if the Vietnamese representatives are indirect and do not transfer the message explicitly, the American might think that they are not honest or intend to hide something from the other party. And for Vietnamese, if the Americans are too direct and frankly, they assume that the other party does not have respect for
Have you ever wondered how High Schools are in other countries? Despite sharing some minor similarities, the differences between Nicaraguan and American High School education are clear. Such as, note-taking methods, grading system, classroom environment.
However, as Americans we are able to turn to what we have learned growing up. Once we are born our family, siblings, and our own culture influence us. We are bought up with certain beliefs and traditions. However, I do think that culture does influences how people are permitted to be expressed and how they are perceived. As for social experience people react to different experience in different ways. If someone has been in a certain situation I believe they learn from that experience.
Culture is a key aspect of a human that reflects on their lifestyle, family, traditions and pulls together the external influences that play a role in how one chooses to live their life. For me, culture is something you collect throughout your lifetime. In my lifetime, I have been lucky enough to travel outside of the United States and meet people from all over the world. I have seen how people go about their daily routines in many different ways compared to mine. The main cultural influence that has been present in my life since day one is the closeness of my family. All my cousins are very close it has often odd when I hear about families with weak relationships and small size. Another influence that has shaped my behavior was my exposure of extreme poverty and extreme wealth while living in Mexico. Lastly, a cultural influence that has shaped my belief system is my education.
Culture has a paramount influence in everyday day life from the way people dress to way people gather food to how someone greets others. It united group of people based on their share ideas, perceptions, and knowledge (Blanco). Although some cultures share similar aspect, some can vary differently in their customs and norms. An example would a clan known as Nacirema whose culture would be described by outsiders as extreme and sadistic. Their culture consists of unique ritual, strong believe in magical essences, but how different does it vary from the American Culture?
Cultures are judged deeply from others with can be out of how similar and different one is from another. Many cultures are similar in the way one dresses. Or by the way one eats or even cuisine, but with similarities comes differences. One difference almost all cultures is how the live, and how they perceive it, even down to how they express their own beliefs.
I believe there are many factors that define culture, such as language, food, traditions from past generations, religion, and values. All of these factors have the power to influence the individuals within.
Culture is a very vital part of the world as we know it today. There are very many different cultures all around the world. In the USA, we have a mix of all the different cultures and and family values. From the original Native Americans that inhabited America to the Middle Eastern people in Afghanistan. These people groups have brought their language, food, values, and customs with them.
I think culture differs from one location to another for many reasons. First, location will always affect a culture. Access to natural resources is key in the development of a society. The way a culture operates in the desert will differ greatly from the way a culture operates in the freezing snow. Second, certain traditions and values have been passed down in some cultures that have not been passed down in others. Why is a thumbs up a positive sign in the West, but an offensive
A person’s culture can influence what they do on a day-to-day basis. This is most obvious in Texas, my home state. Our culture is very strong as we are always promoting companionship and friendliness to anyone and everyone.
This essay will discuss how the cultural domains of Religion, Ethnicity/Nationalism, Development and Geography (REND-G) compare and contrast the predominant cultural characteristics of the U.S. with those of the European Union. Specifically, we will discuss how the different characteristics of Religion manifests in the way the U.S. and Europe deal with security concerns.
The culture and American society is a new experience, but I have to learn to adapt. There is a lot of culture shock when trying to match American society. As an American we must learn to understand jokes and sarcasticism. It is a system of social sharing, learned the values and norms; this is the design of the society to live. It affects the way we view the fl at, habits, preferences and our way we relate to other people. Value is a summary of the ideas that are on the good things, right and desirable. The target is the social rules and guidelines.

I was born in Thailand and had seen many changes from time to time. Especially the shopping mall in my country, I always see the American brand names and fast foods which I LOVE in every corner, this makes me used to with American lifestyle. Whereas, some big grocery stores in Thailand were taken over by an American company. Surprisingly, Thailand is just a small developing country in Asia. I agree with the author that Asia is similar to the U.S. ideology, for example; the Asia gets an influence from U.S. culture by foods and clothes, and importantly democracy in political system. Therefore, the author is right about reversing brain drain phenomenon because . . .
A country’s national culture dictates almost everything that is done on a daily basis within that specific country. Everything from the way people eat, the way they speak and the holidays they celebrate are all dictated by these established beliefs and traditions. Culture can be described as “the characteristic way of behaving and believing, that a group of people have developed over time and share in common” (Tarique). This can be easily
