• Background Today we still pay so much attention of the equality between women and men. It’s still a very hot topic around us in our today’s society. However, when we talk about it right now, we more care about if women and men have the same equal right. For example, if they enjoy the equal protection in the working environment, in terms of the working hours or of their salaries.
