From my point of view loyalty is owe to the employer. The employee shows the greater duty of loyalty because an employee should act for his employer’s benefit when engaging in any conduct that relates to the employment. “When any employee acts contrary to the interests of the stakeholders, particularly the shareholders, she breaches her duty of loyalty.” For example an employee who goes to the news to expose the company’s leaders for fraudulent acts could harm the company and stakeholders ‘interests One change is that unlike before when you could count the big whistleblowers on one hand. “When society strikes out at corporations involved in fraud, it is not doing so against a single wrongdoer. Rather, the government and the markets sweep
From a very young age, I have recognized loyalty as the essence of unconditional love and devotion throughout all of the relationships that I have ever been involved in. Starting with the care that my parents have always provided and continuing throughout all aspects of life, including education and work experience, loyalty has been a principle that is still very important to me. I have used this comprehension of loyalty as a reference throughout many of my experiences that have followed as I have matured. Loyalty has been the basis of every bond regardless of its strength. It is something that I have relied on every day of my life as a way to kindle hope and desire for the days that follow.
Loyalty, bearing true faith and allegiance in a matter of believing in and devoting yourself to something or someone. In the Army, the acronym L.D.R.S.H.I.P stands for Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Out of all these core values loyalty is first. Loyalty is the value instilled in troops early in their careers when they first take the oath of enlistment. “I, ________ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So, help me God.” In the Army, we recognize that loyalty is the thread that binds our actions together and
Loyalty, loyalty is the allegiance and a strong support for something or someone, but does your support have to be unconditional for you to still be loyal. For me, no.
The main points in the article “Their Best Way to Show Loyalty” published on March 6, 1942 is to remove all Japanese people out of military zones until the war is over, give Japanese as much time as they can to find a place to go, and to make it as easy as possible for them to go and stay until the war is over. The government believed the best thing for these people was to have them leave. Japanese people were in danger living where they were, and if they would have stayed there would have been real danger arising. Any kind of sabotage would have caused a race riot and that’s something the government didn’t want. This article was trying to accomplish or show why Japanese had to flee and move away from their natural homes. Also to show the beginning of internment, which began by some people being placed in a
By definition, loyalty means a feeling of strong support or allegiance. Of course I believe that this definition is accurate, but I also think there is more to it than that. If someone has to feel obligated to do someone a favor or show support, then to me, that is not loyalty. Loyalty is something a person should show instantaneously, without thinking or hesitation. If a person does that, that to me is true loyalty because it
Loyalty is one of the important factors that influences people because loyalty provides stability for any long-lasting relationship. In The Odyssey, an epic poem by Homer, Penelope shows us the value of loyalty because she is hopeful that her husband will come back, and she does not want to marry anyone who is not him.
An example of loyalty is the relationship between a man and his dog. A dog did not get the nickname of “man’s best friend” for no reason. The dog is there for the man for its entire life. Furthermore, the dog is by his side through thick and thin and never complains about anything. The dog gives the man an unconditional amount of love and in return the man does the same. Not only is the dog loyal to the man, but the man is just as loyal to

When reading The Call of the Wild and White Fang, one can see many intertwining similarities, as they are both written by Jack London. So similarly are the instincts and attributes of canines in regard to human interaction and the wild including the prose of writing in each book, that in journeying through these intricate novels, one can also remain unconscious of the difference in technique. Such technique is the evolution of Buck and his reverting back to the wild in The Call of the Wild, whereas in White Fang, London alternately uses the domestication and taming of White Fang. Though their methods are different, both books possess the common prevalent theme of loyalty in each’s frozen settings. This loyalty between men, between dogs, and
Loyalty is like a shadow it’s something that’s with you all of the time, but sometimes it’s hidden. Most people don’t show their loyalty hidden, but loyalty is something that’s not supposed to be hidden .To me loyalty is when someone is there for someone else. Loyalty is a characteristic many people should strive to have; it earns the trust and respect of many. A loyal person would never be able to fail someone because they are trustable. Loyalty is everywhere and there are many different kinds of loyalty.
Integrity coupled with loyalty is the focal point of my existence, the twin guiding forces which shape my actions and behaviour both in my personal life and work setting. Integrity, in particular, is the sieve which filters my thoughts and helps me make critical decisions while framing my worldview. The meaning of integrity for me has evolved over the years; while during my academic peregrination integrity translated to being original and not cheating on a test, currently , as a working professional in a corporate setup it resonates more with holding on to my beliefs when faced with undue pressure and plagiarism, not claiming undue credit and acting without bias. It has especially assumed more importance in the last three and a half years since
