Germany’s fate was changed on April 20, 1889, the day I, Adolf Hitler was born to German official, Alois and my dear, Klara Hitler. Little did they know of what a miracle that had blessed them that day. My destiny was decided for me every time my father lectured me about the abhor Jews, taking up our German property, and beat me for the childish mistakes I made. I realized my destiny was to punish the faults in our once perfect nation. My father’s strict upper hand was not the only contribution to my great plan. At the age of sixteen, I left my home to pursue my dream of becoming an artist. I enrolled myself into the Viennese Academy of Fine Arts. Hitler started off as failed artist who wasn’t amounting to much in his life until he was made chancellor and used the Nazi party to build a racist state in Germany. Hitler started by promising people basic necessities to gain support. Then the power started to rush to his head when Nazi’s started to belittle non-Aryans and made stereotyping part of the curriculum for school children. He made Jewish people wear the star of David on their arms and if they owned a business, they had to put signs in their windows saying that they were Jewish. The Nazi party used Jewish people as a major scapegoat for their economic issues like the Great Depression and World War Two. It even got to a point where Hitler passed laws striping Jews of their basic rights.

After World War I, Adolf Hitler was one of the dictators that arose; which then gained power in Germany in its Great Depression. Hitler rose to power using techniques such as propaganda, censorship, charisma and terror, but that was not all he did. Hitler started his own fascist party in Germany and called it the Nazi Party. Later, Hitler developed anti-semitism, or prejudice against Jews and dehumanized them. He viewed Jews as a separate race not a religion. This caused many changes particularly to the Jews. During World War I the Nazi’s treatment of the Jews caused political, economic, and social changes.

Adolf Hitler’s life during World War I included his rise in military rank, the cause of his anti semitism, and his injury leading to depression. Without his participation in the first World War, he would not have been able to take over Germany. He was enabled with the military positions needed to garner respect and with jobs that allowed him to be noticed by the German Workers’ Party, which he used to overthrow the German government years after.

His dad would get drunk and go crazy on his family, this is not a way to grow up, and it certainly impacted Hitler and history. “When his father died Hitler roamed the streets dreaming of his future as an artist. When Hitler was 18, he tried to enter the Academy of Fine Arts, but was rejected twice this caused him a lot of frustration.” When Hitler was 25 he was part of the military and served in World War I, this allowed him to release some of the anger and frustration. “While in the army Hitler was wounded twice, once by gas. This is said to be the reason he went a little crazy. While in the war this is when he started to hate the Jews. During the war, Hitler's action outraged most of the world, yet his actions had effects on the entire world after the war as well. By 1921, Hitler was leading the National Socialist German Workers' Party. He was a very effective speaker and captivated audiences for hours. He was persuasive and told people what they wanted to hear. Because of this, he was a very successful propaganda artist. Driven by Germany's loss in WWI and humiliation, which was a result of the terms in the treaty of Versailles, Hitler found many followers who sympathized with his cause. After his political group failed an attempt to overpower the Bavarian government, he was arrested and jailed for nine months. Later, he would use this book to spread his ideas and indoctrinate people into the Nazi party. At one point in time, he tried to destroy all other books in Germany. He required that Mein Kampf be taught in the schools, and children learned at a very young age that they were to be Nazis and support Hitler.
