Student's accountability:
For students at young age to feel the sense of responsibility and the results of their actions is where an optimal system exist.
These results are collected from a range of data sources such as: •Summative assessments
•Progress on individualized growth objectives
•Student-centered evidence of learning
•Standardized tests
• End-of-course tests
• College-readiness tests •Alternative assessments for students with special needs (ASCD, policy points, 2013)
As for addressing the states, where the welfare system is followed; it is important to be hands on when it comes to establishing an optimal educational system, each student in a public school should be provided with books up to the age of 18.

• Establishing events to post students outcomes and projects where they can have the opportunity to express themselves in front of juries, parents and other colleagues such as science fair and media day.
Other elements mentioned in the ASCD (policy points, 2013)
• Report cards that shows a chart of the student's developments and areas of required improvements, comments added by each subject teacher that emphasizes on student's behaviors and actions, as well as mentioning the results of standardized testing. • School climate surveys circulated to students and parents with the opportunity of leaving comments for specific concerns or suggestions. • A well-rounded curriculum that addresses the system's standards, curriculum objectives and national standards. • Advanced courses for skilled students to nurture their abilities in depth. • Extracurricular activities, where students can share their talents with others, learn new skills such as sports, arts and science activities.
