We all have our own ways of doing things that are personal to us. Our friends and family may find some of our behaviour annoying or idiosyncratic. They may smile or raise their eyebrows, but unless we have a definite requirement to change our habits they may well stay with us forever. Let's look at some personal habits that are important to us. - Motivation is an important personal habit to maintain: getting into the habit of having something in life that stretches us and provides stimulation and satisfaction. Moving out of our comfort zone and occasionally having a challenge keeps us upbeat and interested in life. Whether it be in personal or professional areas having something that motivates us is a valuable habit to encourage. - Dealing with our demons makes a difference to our quality of life. Rather than let bad habits become the norm or issues remain unresolved it is a good habit to commit to dealing with them by seeing a hypnotherapist. We see a doctor if we have physical problems, a mechanic if our car has intermittent faults, a specialist if our technology doesn't work properly.
