This article was found on the Joseph Bismark Wordpress. I may be known as Joseph Bismark, but my full name is Joseph Luis Eleuterio Tomacruz Bismark. I am a strong believer in the power of the mind and positive thinking to have a successful business. The best training I can do for myself is to train my mind. I can train my mind to remain focus and think positively. Happiness and thinking positively go hand in hand with power. I live by the principles of understanding people, treating all people with equal respect, inspiring people to take charge. In order to understand other people, we must be able to see things from other’s perspectives. Every person thinks differently and by getting to see the other side, one can not only become a better
Growing up, I have always been taught to abide by the rules, study zealously and diligently, and to be a virtuous person; the same cookie-cutter rules most children are taught. Despite them being completely clichéd, I keep these three basic principles ingrained in my mind, adding more to the list as I went. During my many years of schooling at Fairmont, I encountered many personalities, groups, and individuals all with their own beliefs and even some who didn't have an opinion. Now, as I am getting older, I find myself no longer shielded from some
One principal I would like to live by is giving. I want to give the people who really need it a second chance. For some people, this 6-letter word means life or death, and that's why I want to live by it , or in other words, change that to just life.
In order for one to succeed in any situation, business or otherwise, two things are necessary. Both an individual’s personal ability to succeed, as a result of personality, training, willpower and determination, etc., and favorable circumstances or situational
It is a pleasure meeting you and getting to know you as well. I agree with your reply from my above statement with your statement “I have found the principles to be so important, not only to my work life, but also to my daily life.” While working in this field has continued to show me that having principles when working with individuals is important to maintain their wellness and recovery and to ensure that providers in any human services field are helping with daily activities either with family, school,or work to be conveyed in a way that supports an individual’s needs and goals. From the viewpoint of the individual to improve and maintain their faith, understanding of their abilities and disabilities, enjoyment of an active
One of the main principles ingrained within me is to accept all people, no matter their appearance, social stance, or circumstances. I was raised with the core value of extending yourself on behalf of someone else. As a young child, this led me to befriend the class outcast; in high school I devoted many hours to volunteering within the special needs population; and as an undergrad student I found myself listening to and guiding many of my peers. The gratification I felt after giving to others only encouraged me to do more. Life is filled with great challenges and many people are in need of someone to support them as they struggle.
My worldview is that I get what I give. I believe I only get out what I put in. As a result, I try to put forth my best effort in everything that I do. My top values are
I will apply what I learned by, first, being equal to all people, no matter who they are.
Sometimes people can surprise you, as having an aptitude for business is not always easy to spot. Many of them are hard to spot until they get started doing things on their own. The readers really like the author’s idea of teaching people to "fail as a process". When we do new things they tend not to work up to 9/10 times. This should be seen as normal and necessary. The author point out the logic that if you work hard and keep moving forward, you will succeed in life. By keep pointing out the evident of him, the author more and more make people believe in what he said.
People wonder all the time how companies started out and how they got so successful? An example of a person who has helped successful people get off their feet. James Dill, the founder of CT, allegedly is the person that laid down the foundation for the incorporation law (“CT Sponsors 2015 Small Business Week.”). They are associated with the SBA, also known as the Small Business Association. CT Corporation offered a convention like event about recognizing small business and their contributions to America. These conventions date back to 1963 (“CT Sponsors 2015 Small Business Week.”). Certain traits help small businesses become successful, such as, persistence, confidence, fearlessness, and passion.
Thomas Jefferson once said, “In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock.” Here, Jefferson is clearly trying to illustrate the importance of one’s personal principles as they relate to everyday life. In today’s broken world, there are so many ideas, activities, and people that do not provide good influences on others. It is important to realize what principles are and what they can do for someone in life. Principles are a set of values, thoughts, and ideas that almost act as a governing body inside the conscience of a mind. Principles are internal and cannot be enforced or imposed by any external being. Since principles are internal and chosen upon early on in life by each individual, they are likely
true meaning of them. I try to be a great example and a role model for
Many people have been able to find success in business. For example, Donald Trump found success in real estate among other things. Jeno Paulucci and Momofuku Ando found success in food companies. Steve Jobs found it in technology. Bette Nesmith Graham found it by creating White Out.
My second principle that I carry throughout life is honesty. Honesty to me is a quality of a person with good moral values. I believe if you have honesty, then you stay true to yourself which is
strong leaders. The following principles are what I strive to live up to in my everyday life
My worldview is that you get what you give. I believe you only get out what you put in. As a result, I try to put forth my best effort in everything that I do. My top values are responsibility, autonomy, respect, hospitality, and family. I value responsibility, I believe it is important to take matter into your own hands. I value autonomy as much as I value responsibility. Both are similar because in order to be independent I must learn how to be responsible. Hospitality is also an important value. I believe you should treat others the way you would like to be treated. I also believe in order to receive respect from others you must respect them as well. Which is why respect is also one of my top values. Last but not least is family. My top
