Every argument in reasoning has a configuration. The main components of this configuration are premises and conclusion. A premise is a statement that holds truth or evidence that it is true in which it supports or helps to support the conclusion. A conclusion is a result based on one statement that is suggested to be true on the grounds of another statement that is determined to be true.

Individuals maintain their own bodies and make decisions on what might or might not be the best for it. A reproductive choice is one of the many that provide females with the right to manage their body. Some women make a decision that having a child is not a good decision for them, for various reasons. “ ‘According to "Roe V. Wade" (n.d.), "The Court held that a woman's right to an abortion fell within the right to privacy (recognized in Griswold v. Connecticut) protected by the Fourteenth Amendment.’ ” (Conclusion). Therefore, a woman should have legal rights that permit her to an abortion if she feels the need.
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary (n.d.), an organism is defined as a living being; a multicellular organism. A fetus or human embryo constitutes for this meaning and establishes personhood once created. An unborn baby is a human being, where life starts at conception. An embryo, like all other people in life outside of the womb, they continue to grow. The different size, developed level, atmosphere, and scope of dependence are not comparable to say that an embryo has no
