Reason for the massive flood of families arriving in Texas was the crash of the economy and most of the citizens was in debt. Which this led for the migration of Anglo immigrants to enter Texas searching for opportunities and a fresh start. It did not take long enough for families and the poor to regain a tremendous
People immigrate to the United States every year. I believe that immigration can be a good thing because it can help save foreign lives. It can help bring in jobs to people who are seeking a job. They can persuade us to develop different life styles, technologies, and boost American workers. That is why I believe having people immigrate to the US is a good thing. Immigration has been going on for many many years and will keep going on.
Illegal immigration has been a huge problem of United States for a long period of time. There are two common ways of how people come to US illegally; first is to cross the border between Mexico and US; second is to overstay when they come to US as a visitor. Why do people want to come to the United States if they are going to be here illegally? Simply, because those illegal immigrants want to have a better life than what they have back in their homeland; but the question here is why then did people come to the United States illegally if they are not getting any benefits? As I asked myself this question, my mind begun to think about the
Besides from the Civil War Texas is still known for many great things. The controversy in the 1850s has since troubled with the shaping of this state. With the division from the North and South and an increase in slave labor. Texas saw potential with the demanding for cash crops and became known for its delivery of cotton . The production of cotton is still favorable today. Cotton is one of the main reasons to where the United States upraised it’s wealth. Southern States like Texas, Arkansas, and even Mississippi all pay tribute to the expansion of cotton. Texas obtained a major growth by the 19th century due to the increase in need for slaver.. The Wages of Development in South Texas and Northern Mexico is a crucial part of the makeup of how trends in Mexico during Porfirio Diaz's regime and how the Mexican Revolution affected migration and economic development in South Texas. This allowed for Texas to become the foundation for the creation of one of the most productive and plentiful agriculture. Massive demographic changes and isolated regions forced many people began to heavily rely on wage labor and land growing. These changes were the result of the outbreak of the Mexican Revolution because of many citizens finding themselves displaced due the war. Ultimately, this lead to year of chaotic change and war violence that altered the economic and social future of South Texas. The increased capitalization in South Texas spread rapidly in ranching lands into desired farm properties. This resulted in a booming economy and social tensions within Mexican-American farmworkers in South Texas. Overall, these changes affected South Texas residents which presented them with various struggles with the Mexican Revolution.
Migration for Mexican immigrants has not always been easy. Having to face the threat of deportation on a daily basis, the stress of acculturation, and coping with an unfamiliar territory has not intimidated nor defeated this population as they seek a better quality of life. As history would have it, the Mexican population not only makes up a large number of immigrants that live in the United States, but they have also contributed to and molded the culture that is seen in North America today (Zong & Batalova, 2016). A main element that has constantly created a roadblock for Mexican immigrants is their inability to access healthcare which has proven to have many negative outcomes on their livelihood.
As the world moved throughout the time of 1890-1945, the United states experienced a myriad of events that moved it closer to the founding ideals. However, the main ideal, which was supported by plenty of actions, became evident to be “opportunity”. Some of the events that brought the United States closer to the American ideals was the great migration, women in WWII, and African Americans in WWII. Each of these happenings/positions opened doors to other people allowing them to explore new possibilities, hence why they support the forward movement to the ideal of “opportunity”.

The current immigration polices are not harming Americas social or economical wellbeing because those here illegally currently pay sales tax, bring families together and support the American dream, and the GDP benefits. With these combined reasons it allows us Americans to gain comfort in welcoming more hardworking people into out melting pot of a country we like to call home.
Once America achieved independence, they needed to put in place laws that would protect the people from future governmental abuse. By doing so, they also needed to protect the people from religious abuse and persecution that was so popular at the time a major factor in the immigration to the United States. Allowing and promoting religious freedom encouraged people of all faiths to travel to America which led to the introduction of differing viewpoints. With the arrival of such denominations as French Huguenots, Catholics, Quakers, and others settling in growing numbers, colonies with established religions had little choice but to express religious tolerance. That is not to say that there no persecution among the settlers. Few colonies’ toleration
